I thought I finally found a company that was reliable, but boy was I wrong. Our school's family members placed approximately 30 fundraiser orders in October and only half of the orders were fulfilled by February. I had to make several phone calls to remind the company about unfulfilled orders only to receive a "we'll fulfill the rest soon". Finally, the order was fulfilled, only to realize that parents who paid $10 shipping had to pick up their orders at the school. I notified Frank and he claimed he'd pick up the items and have them shipped on the same day he'd drop off ir fundraiser check. Frank finally brought our check, but did not deliver the items to the families who paid for shipping. I received the check, but it was missing a signature! I notified the company about the matter and was promised a new check. It's now April and still no check. Our school along with 2 others from HLPUSD are DONE with FCPrinting.

Great service in a pinch! I can't tell you how many orders Francisco and crew have done for me! They always have a great price, and come through with great quality, on time. I have had more orders than I can remember with them, many with very tight deadlines, each time, the orders weren't done at the deadline, they were done before! It's great to work with a company that understands that they aren't the customer, and that wants to WORK FOR and WITH you! I love this no excuses customer service first approach! Francisco's Custom Tees are Second To None!

Frank knocked our order out of the park and at a great price. High quality custom polos, beanies, stickers, mugs, water bottles and bags for a virtual conference. He got everything to me on time and exceeded my expectations. Definitely will keep coming back for all my custom orders.

Such kind people with quality work. I haven't been to such a business that cares so much about their customers. For example, the day I can to pick up my order, they told me they needed more time to finish, but I needed it that day at that time. They saw the urgency and pushed their process so that I'd get my order there and then. They really put in the effort to get me all the things I asked for, and they deserve more business. Once I had my order, my friends loved the way they came out and asked where I got my sweaters done so that they could get theirs for their teams too.

Frank always finds a way to get my shirts to me when I need them. Not sure how he does it since sometimes I come up with weird colors and last minute orders...but he does! He does an excellent job and is always friendly. My transactions are easy from beginning to end, so my team and I always look forward to the next project. I have friends and know local companies who offer to make apparel for me, but when it comes to business you have to go with someone you can trust with experience, drive, consistency and who gets the job done! Not everyone will go the extra mile like Frank does. Thanks for everything Franciscos' Custom Ts!

Recently ordered my first batch of printed tees from Francisco's (definitely not my last!). Because of a delivery snafu my order wasn't ready when promised. Frankie was on his way back from the airport the day they were due and offered to meet me after hours at the shop so I would have my order. That's great customer service!!! The quality of the tees and print work, as well as the pricing were beyond compare. I highly recommend Francisco's Custom T's and look forward to working with Frankie and his trusty assistant Gacobo in the very near future!
