I've been going to Flowers by Eugene for years and I really enjoyed their help and customer service. Every time I need a floral arrangement, they always go above and beyond my expectations. Totally recommend them.

Went in to order flowers for my moms funeral. Customer service was fast and friendly. They had exactly what I was looking for. I ordered 3 big funeral arrangements with white and red roses. They delivered everything to the church the morning of the service. All arrangements looked beautiful.

Ordered a funeral spray online on July 7 to be delivered on July 13. I received a confirmation email and my card was charged. On July 13, no flowers were delivered. Instead of participating in my Mom's viewing, I was on the phone with Eugenes. Only to be told, they had the order, it was not printed out, nor was it made. My Mom had no flowers from my family for her funeral. Such poor customer service. Do not recommend.

My boyfriend sent me a birthday arrangement from Flowers by Eugene. They were delivered on time and the arrangement is beautiful! I love the gorgeous flowers and the colors are great. Will definitely recommend Eugene for your floral needs.

I ordered a $300 floral arrangement for my Mom's funeral. I get to the the funeral home and my flowers were not there. I called and they took forever to find my order. I was told they did not print the order and they did not make the arrangement. They offered to refund my money. An apology can never replace flowers meant for my mom's funeral. Unacceptable. So disappointed in this store. Do not recommend.

I came into the shop & was greeted by an Angel. My heart was heavy coming in to have a memorial arrangement made for my big brother. I shared my vision of flowers I wanted to have made & displayed in my brother's riding boots. Rob truly went above and beyond. These were arranged with love. (& side note: my brother was a huge Kobe fan, so having them done in Laker colors touched my heart). So grateful for the love and support you shared with me. Thank you

I live out of state, so I ordered a couple of flower arrangements over the phone. There was a death in the family and some pretty ladies needed some pretty flowers. I trusted them with an important task and they did an awesome job. I let them do a designer's choice for the arrangements, because I didn't know what to do. I received pictures today from my auntie. The arrangements were so beautiful! The customer service is outstanding here! Thank you, Eugene's team!

The service and delivery were professional, but there is a significant discrepancy between the pictures posted on their website and the actual flower arrangement which is deceiving.
