Outstanding job???! I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Itzel at cricket, and her service was truly exceptional. She did an amazing job setting up my new phone, demonstrating expertise and patience throughout the process. I highly recommend her for her excellent customer service. The service here is great. They helped me transfer a number back into Cricket. Everything quick and simple. Cricket's selection of phones and deal are really limited. But I think the value is there. They are extremely budget friendly. Not related to this store, but the Cricket website and app is sometimes really buggy and laggy. But overall, my experience at this store location was positive.

Came here real quick to activate my niece phone and the young lady Andrea was so helpful and nice. We were in and out within minutes. Definitely coming back if I need anything else.

Hmmm. Sunday, 13th of November. At precisely 2:37PM CLEARLY states on yelp hour's your Cricket store is open until 6pm. No it isn't. Management pay attention to the important detail's.

I walked in to buy a new phone coming from metro myself the service was horrible, but anahi helped a lot with her customer service. Along with her co worker I’m not sure his name, but he had glasses like the guy from X-men, he was very nice and helpful. Great place will be back soon.

Amazing customer service from Anai, she’s very talkative and makes you feel like she’s a friend not just a seller. Got a new fortune 3 and she went above and beyond to help me transfer everything. Definitely would go back to her for future upgrades! Please ask for her when you go to the store you’ll have the best experience in getting a new phone . Great job cricket for hiring someone like her !

Walked in today around 7pm (4/12/2021) to ask a quick question. The female staff is obviously careless and know nothing about how their billing cycle works, the staff was also showing an attitude to my Asian friend.
