“Where do I begin? I bought an iMac desktop back in 2020, and last year, I noticed it was beginning to run extremely slow, to the point where nothing was opening anymore. Finally, my iMac officially crashed, and I knew I had two options: either fix it or get a new one.I had received a few quotes, but due to the delicacy of my screen, many technicians were reluctant to touch it or were charging an insane fee just to open it. When I spoke to other technicians, it seemed like they were attempting quick fixes on my computer. However, my experience with Zap Computers was night and day.Upon arriving, the technician Julio was very friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed the realm of possibilities regarding what could be wrong with my computer, but he emphasized that we wouldn't know for sure until they opened and examined it. We talked about the delicacy of the screen, and not once did he mention charging me extra, unlike the others.I left my computer overnight, and the next day, he called to inform me exactly what was happening. He presented several options, some cost-effective and others that would enhance my computer's performance beyond its original state. I opted to install a new hard drive, and I cannot begin to tell you how fast my computer is now. It's running faster and better than when I bought it. I can't believe I waited so long to bring it in.Julio and everyone at Zap Computers truly know what they are doing. With several years in the industry, their reputation surpasses itself. If you're looking for honest and reliable technicians, this is it. I'm referring all my friends and family to them.”
“This is the best place to go for repairs! I’ve gotten my phone battery replaced here before and had a great experience- the staff charged a fair price and had my phone ready in less than an hour!
But the 5 stars is for repairing the screen on my MacBook Pro. It got a huge crack in it, and the entire top had to be replaced. I couldn’t remember exactly when I bought it, so the staff checked and my Apple Care was still active, which meant it only cost me $100 to replace the screen vs. $1500 w/o the insurance.
The environment at the store is really calm and welcoming, and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable- i was a little worried about leaving my MacBook somewhere, but once I met the staff I felt 100% safe. I plan to do all my future Apple repairs here.

“I tried installing a new cpu by myself but forgot to update the bios. I didn’t want to do the work so I called. The person is very responsive and is knowledgeable. Service was also pretty quick. “ook my laptop in yesterday (2/29). I had a problem with the AC jack, a part had fallen out of it years ago and I was finally attempting to revive it. I brought it in, and right away the owner could see what the problem was. I got a text later that day saying that it would be available the next day (3/1). I texted back in the early afternoon confirming if it was ready and it was!
Obviously, whether your laptop is ready the next day depends on what you need to fix it and whether or not they have the part for it. If I have any future laptop or computer issues, The Laptop Experts will be the first place I go. A very good first impression!”

“After owning a gaming laptop for many years, I finally decided to dive in and buy a desktop PC. I've heard a lot of great things about IBUYPOWER. The computer I chose is an IBUYPOWER Y60 with an I9 Intel CPU and RTX 4070ti Super Graphics card. I bought this computer a couple of days ago and, so far, everything has been perfect. It runs very quietly and has beautiful RGB colors on the fans and RAM. The only complaint I may have is the keyboard that came with it, which I will most likely be upgrading at some point.”
