I needed change for my $100 bill and saw that this bank was 5 mins from my house. I called and the lady I spoke to told me make a schedule to come in. I said to her, I have to make a schedule to come in to get change? She said yes I have one for 11:45 am. Well I took it. Upon arriving to the bank, at first I parked facing the hill. Being that it was my first time, I didn't know where to go exactly. I saw their ATM so I walk thru the glass door and I looked at the directory and it said second floor. When I got up the second floor I made a right and say Comerica bank on the left and I knocked that door. Waited 2 mins and no one answers. Luckily a lady saw me just standing there. She instructed the place I'm looking for is downstairs on the other side facing the freeway (took a photo). I went downstairs and went out the glass doors I entered. I made a right and another right. Knocked the glass doors and a man opened up and said we only take appointments. I told him I had an appointment and my name. He opened the door for me and stood 6 feet away from me as I entered the door and walked toward the teller. I got my change and left. The gentleman was nice and said, "stay safe and thank you for coming." Just a little awkward because I never got this kind of customer service.

I've had Comerica Bank for a little over four years now and I really can't complain about this branch. Everyone here is very helpful and the tellers Sandy and Noemi are great. I'm always in and out and I am in and out all the time keep up the great work

I have cash over 4 checks with this bank and the reps always love to give me a hard time not only are they sarcastic. But with a face of joy to denied your check for what ever reason after I come the third time it gets cash. I dont understand why do escrow would want to do business with a company like them that gives us a hard time shame on that escrows!!!!
