They don't even deserve a star, they are stupid and negligent, the attention and service is at rock bottom. My wife went to the consultation yesterday, they didn't give her any medicine, she had a temperature and yet they took her out of the clinic. It's been two days now and she's still waiting for me to give her Give the medicine where is the Hippocratic oath that these doctors take!!!! They are useless but hey, I don't recommend this disastrous place.

It was my first time going and worst experience ever. I was coming here for a gynecologist and I don’t even know what the doctor was even talking about. It had nothing to do what I was going in for. She didn’t even sit and listen to my situation. She was done with me in 5 minutes and went ahead to the next patient. She needs to improve and hear her patients.

Came here after not being able to get out of bed for a few days and the doctor named Dr. Don just prescribed me over the counter medications and didn't ask any questions about how i was feeling or anything like that, after i told him that the way he was speaking to me didn't feel very welcoming he just said "you're welcome you're welcome" in a mimicking voice and didn't give me any answers about what could possibly be wrong with me.

They take forever had an appointment at 2 they didn’t take me in until 4 the nurses are always unprofessional insulting you straight to your face. They don’t care about your problems. Don’t go it’s not worth it.

They are the worst! They never answer the phone! The answering service answers half the time if you leave a message with them this office NEVER calls you back. They never submit the Dr.s authorization request when they are suppose to, until you the patient bring it up on your following visit that when they realize they didn't do it on the last visit. They over look everything from test results to medication lists. I would give it Zero stars if I could, I don't recommend this place to anyone. This place should be shut down!!!

I have to say this clinic is one of the best ones I've come across, the staff is GREAT!... they take care of you.You don't have to wait 1-2 hours to get called. I will definitely come back here if I need to.

I love this clinic! I was struggling my first 5 months of pregnancy at other clinics til someone referred me to this one and I don't regret it at all. Staff is so friendly! Tania helped so much, she made my husband and I feel so comfortable and I finally feel in peace about my pregnancy. I highly recommend this clinic. Also Dr. karina helped me so much she answered all the questions I had with no rush.

I cannot say enough about Central city community Health Center here in La Puente when I came in I was helped out entirely with everything from beginning to end and everybody was completely friendly the girls at the front desk Miriam and Yasmin were very professional. Then I got to meet Dr. Susan Vasquez she's very very very caring for her patients and is completely knowledgeable in her field I was grateful to have had the opportunity to be seen by her I cannot say enough about this clinic what is a very professionally run clean establishment I'm grateful for them. Keep up the good work!

I definitely recommend this clinic. First time and wish I knew about them for my other pregnancies. The staff is amazing. Starting in the front and all the way to the back. Yadira such a wonderful helpful girl. She was there for me more as a friend than a counselor when I was in need. Overall, the whole staff made me feel very comfortable and loved. I learned to see the girls more as friends than nurses. Specially Miss Daisy. Such a happy girl always greeting with a huge smile. And not to mention my awesome doctor! Dr. Chaudhry...he made my delivery go so smooth and was so helpful and supportive assisting with such calm attitude. Leaving Kaiser and coming here was the best decision

The best staff I ever had . At the clinic they are helpful and caring, they welcome me and my kids with respect and courtesy , Susana Vazquez is a great provider that always listents and supports our health concerns, Rosa front desk receptionist, she always supports me :) thank you Rosita; overall great nurses :)) Ahmed the specialist who was there to help me deliver my baby, he is the best Doctor I ever had, this is my 7th born child and he was the first Dr I had for many years, such a caring and loving person, a Doctor who was waiting for me when I arrived to the hospital and a Dr. who remain present throughout my whole hours of delivery. Thank you Central City Community Health Center for your services! your are a great team that makes me feel like home! I definitely recommend this clinic to other clients. I have 7 children plus me :) and the staff make us be in love with the place for how they support the family :))
