I purchased a new couch and within a month and the cushions started unraveling. They offered to fix but I would be without cushions for a unknown time. Didn't want to run into another problem so I just bought covers on Amazon lesson learned.

Went in here looking for a queen bed. Upon arrival there was a heavier man and blonde woman that didn't even look at me. I disregarded that and continued to browse but no one approached me so I went and ask for help. The blonde woman came and told me the price and the outrageous price for delivery. I mentioned to her I lived 5 mins away from the store and town furniture offered free delivery and if she could do the same. She replied with nasty attitude saying "oh good for them, no" So I shrugged and left and bought my bed at town center. These people clearly have zero interest in selling or offering good customer service.

I went to go buy a bunki board, and they told me that the delivery was free because I live like 5 minutes away from the store and the day of the delivery they didn't bring me anything not even call. When I called the store the they told me that I had to pay delivery because the man that delivers is dependent on them and that the vendor Luis just sold me his lies. It's not professional to lie to the community. To be real I really needed my purchase and I had to option. They also aren't serious at all.

Karina was very helpful to me. I needed a bed and she helped me choose out the right one. I put in the order and picked it up a few days later. Excellent prices and very good customer service. Would definitely come here again.

Went in for some bunk beds for my kids. Found something that I wanted but a nice gentleman showed me a catalog of other options. Picked one out real quick! Prices are great! Service was exceptional! And the woman who works there is very friendly, helpful, and on point. They deliver right to your door for a fee depending on where you are located, and also build what needs to be built. The man who came to build was very respectful, and fast. I’ll be buying more furniture from them in the future.

I went to Casa Latina Furniture after a family friend recommended it. They expressed how Karina's knowledge and understanding of what they were looking for really made they're vision a reality. So I decided to go in and couldn't be happier about my choice. I went in and shared what I was looking for and she got back to me with many choices including customizable options! I ended up buying an entire bedroom set + custom sofa & love seat. Definitely going back!
