I also could leave the car at the shop so I didn’t have to turn it back into the car rental shop. Supper efficient and I got my car a day early. Car looked brand new!”

I needed to rent a car for a quick trip (my regular car is old and I didn't trust it to make a long trip I had planned). She made renting my first car a breeze! Unfortunately the vehicle wasn’t what I expected regarding size for my kids but the next day Leo was just awesome. He was able to assist me with exchanging it for a higher vehicle for me and he took that extra initiative to ensure I was happy. I needed it for an extra day which the customer service agent was not helpful but when I spoke to another Luis he took care of me. I am beyond grateful and thankful for this amazing team. “Well I went back to rent a car at enterprise rent a car in Covina and I asked for Tracy and she was busy with a customer so I delt with someone else and he took the keys from me and then tried helping someone else at the same time he was trying to help me so after a few minutes go by someone else finished what the other guy trying to do? And then I saw Tracy saw free and told what happened? And that's why I deal with Tracy cause she is great at her job!!! “I've used Enterprise at this location several times over the years with mixed results. However today's encounter was exceptional. My daughter was renting associated with an insurance claim. Manager Goef was professional friendly and turned us over to Brianna. Brianna was exceptional, patiently giving us all our options, she was engaging without trying to sell us something we don't need. “What a wonderful experience! I must highlight Henry and Kelsie. I got in a bad accident before new years and had to rent a car the same day I got in an accident. I was still in shock from the accident, and was frantically trying to find an enterprise that had an economy car available. None did, except this location. It was 10 minutes to closing and Henry waited passed closing for me to arrive so that I could get the car. He didn’t have to do that, but he did and I hope many good things come his way!Kelsie helped me close my agreement out after I dropped the car off and she was unbelievably kind to me. She genuinely asked me how I was doing and checked in. She made the process great and ensured I only got charged for the days I had my car. Thank you so much Kelsie !”

“I need to give writeups when I have extraordinary service - i've been using Enterprise for a long time as I often use car rental companies as I produce movies under the single purpose company names. Personally, I use different Rent-A-Car but I've discovered this rental car store as maybe the best service I've had because of one individual his name is Chandler . We should all have a Chandler at our company and if Enterprise doesn't keep promoting him he might be taken away. He's that good I've never quite seen anybody go the extra mile literally and figuratively as Chandler did as all the cars were taken and he did everything he could to get me in a smaller car as I could not drive a larger car for many reasons or fit it into my property. He went out of his way an hour and 15 minutes to bring me a proper car and also when I left paperwork, he took the steps to get it to me within two days, he did impeccable service and I have to say because of Chandler I'm going to stay with Enterprise and I also want to give a shout out to dominique. She gave excellent service. If everybody at Enterprise can follow suit with these two people they'd be the best company service for Rent-A-Car in the United States. Thank you.”

“Everything went well: rental appointment. I was called upon after my insurance claim approved a car rental. Within a few hours Mr Long Chau called and reservation/appointment was made. Upon arrival Mr Ted Alvarez helped me immediately saying a Toyota Highlander was ready for me. Paperwork was all online, inspection of vehicle and I was all set. It was a great car, very clean. Even a courtesy disinfectant Clorox wipe was left for my use. Returning the vehicle was just as smooth. I was exceptionally surprised at how quick every step was and the professionalism exhibited by the staff. I wish them well in their endeavors.”
