I had taken my 2012 Camaro convertible to the dealer as my AC quit working,.. they said it was an electronic valve inside the Dash,.. but they had to remove the windshield to remove the top of the dash to get to the valve and that there was no other way to replace it,.. the cost of parts and labor,... just at $3000 ,.. OH MY GOD ! Just to replace a $45 valve !!!!! Well we asked around,.. and finally found "BRIDGETOWN MOTOR WORKS" I have 2 words "HEAVEN SENT" !! Not kidding about it,... They're Great! If I didn't know better,.. I'd swear they performed Magic ! I recommend them to everyone,.. it's like having your own personal Mechanic,.. exclusively for you.

The relay switch for my air conditioner went out in my 2012 Chevy Camaro. 1st I took my car to the dealer to have my air conditioner fixed and they told me that the would have to pull my windshield and my complete dashboard. Just to replace the blend door replacement. I went to you tube and found a video some guy made show where to cut On the side floorboard to get to the blend door. I show up to the shop and show them a video and asked if they can do this to fix my catr blend door replacement. They fixed it and you can't even tell where they cut the a hole in the side floorboard to get to the replacement blend door switch. Air conditioner been working great. Thanks guys

I have been taking my 4series BMW her for the last 2 years. Won't take my car anywhere else, super trustworthy, doesn't up-sale and work is finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend Bridgetown Motor Works.

I want to give Ed a 5 star review. I was having some problems with my bmw 330i. I found out about this place thru a friend of mine and i want to say i was not disappointed! I gave ed a call and he tried his best on giving me the best advice he can thru the phone. He was still unsure and asked me if i wanted to be double sure to come down to the shop so he can take a look at it! Came down to the shop and left with some new knowledge! I was extremely satisfied with the service. Ed knows his bmws! Awesome awesome awesome!! Highly recommend this place!! A+

So I decided to bring my car to Bridgetown I saw that it had good reviews so I trusted it, the first time I took it for a ecu diagnostic they opened all the truck pannels and didn't put them back took it back to them and they installed them and apologized. The second time I took it again for the same thing because I wanted them to replace the ecu and install a new one with programing, droped it off was told he get to work on it as soon as possible. Called two weeks later and was told "we ordered a part and are waiting for it to be delivered", so I believed them then I waited another 2 weeks called them again told me that Ed was with a customer and was told, "He will call you back". Waited another 2 weeks for a call back and nothing. I called again 4 times didnt get a answer so I left work to go see what was going on and was told "we have done nothing to the car" its been sitting there for a month. Then I was told that money was needed to purchase the ecu because he didn't want to spend his money. Me personally I dont like to give money until I see something being done. If he told me when we dropped it off "hey I am going to need a deposite for the ecu" I would have gave it to him no questions asked. Dont get me wrong they are respectful but I wouldn't give them anymore business. Picked up my car Ed didn't have the odosaity to apologize or at least hand us the keys personally, had to send his secretary. I saw potential in that shop guess I was wrong....

Ed is a straight up guy and won't try and upsell you for anything you don't need. He's the only mechanic I trust with my 3 vehicles. Awesome service and I can't recommend Bridgetown Motor Works enough!

I've been bringing my two Beemers ('07 535, '13 530) for a couple of years now. Always a pleasure to work with Ed. Last week I had my '13 towed to his shop for a water pump. I called EasyCare and they said his shop can do the warranty work. He took care of it! Talked to them and got my car back on the road! Thanks again Ed
