“Stephen and Joseph saved my bacon! I was having problems with my old 12v battery and brought it in for a check. Stephen pointed out that 10 years was overdue for a battery change and he was right. I brought it in the next day and, when I tried to disconnect the connector around the negative terminal, the terminal post snapped off. Joseph helped me out with a spray acid corrosion foam spray that helped me get the connector off. Then he tracked down the right battery for me and ordered it in. I picked up the replacement battery today, and after a bit of installation, my car was back to humming along like it used to! Many thanks, Stephen and Joseph!”

“I would love to say thank you thank you thank you to the young man who helped take a look at my car when my engine light came on and he used the OD reader thingy and also check my oil.... I did not have any cash on me to give him a tip and I felt so bad when I was driving off......if I'm ever that way again I definitely will bring him something...... what a nice young man.....he just seemed happy to be a help no matter what......... They are lucky to have him as an employee as he really truly cares......I go to O'Reilly's often for car items and this one will always be a good memory..... After calling the other guys and was informed that I would have to go to the junk yard or go to the Dealer to purchase the pigtail connector for the V-Tech and. or get it used from a Private party. NON- SENSE!! Trong The Man not only did he order it on the spot....I didn't have to stop was I was doing and run over there to pay for it. He just told me to come in and get it at 5 pm

“Customer service at this location is above and beyond. Came in with an issue power wise on my 1997 mercedes . Tested out battery and alternator Rommel Diaz store manager was professional helpful and very excellent on customer service. Turns out my battery was old and not holding charge and also my alternator in the near future will need to be replaced unfortunately I had no tools with me at the time Rommel went out of his way to help me remove and install the new battery.This location made my experience pleasant and made it comfortable trust worthy and will be a regular customer. Great customer service is hard to find now a days. My experience was awesome and I hope this review helps you guys and allows you to give this location an opportunity to service your vehicle needs.”
