I tried to call this place to see if they had the product I was looking for in stock and they put me on hold for 15 minutes. Then, someone picked up the phone, asked me the same question as to why I was calling, and put me on hold again. I'm still on hold, and no one is answering the phone. I don't know if they have the product I need, but I don't want to wait on hold forever. It's like they don't want my business.

I been to AutoZone on hacienda Blvd. In la Puente like 2 or 3 times in the last month..And every time they don't have the part's I am looking for..They tell me they have to order them..and some times takes like 3 or more day to get the parts..What's going on with auto part's stores..they don't have anything on hand anymore..I mean I can order on line too...What's the point of going to the store if they are going to order the parts I need on line too..
