Erwin is your guy!!
After shopping around and disappointed with other scam dealers then found Atlantis in website not very convinced but We decided to give it 1 more shot and drove from the high desert Yucca Valley area about 2-1/2hrs drive hoping to purchase our Mercedes-Sprinter Cargo Van, Erwin was very helpful, helped us find what we were looking for and for the right price. Transition was smooth, friendly and professional service. He was transparent with numbers, he even offered to deliver Van for us if necessary. Van is running good getting the job done for our business. it was worth the far drive. Thank you Erwin from Carlos & Imelda @Prestige Home & Remodel LLC.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
On 03/23/24 I purchased a 2020 ford f150 from Atlantis. Before I got home from purchasing truck the check engine light came on! I immediately took it back! The sales man explained they would fix it free of charge for me. After having the truck for a few days they said they were still working on the truck and replaced the “cam sensor”.
On 03/29/24 I received a call from the sales man stating the truck was ready and it would cost us nothing for repair. We drove it home and guess what.. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes on AGAIN! After Atlantis had already had my truck for one week.
I was decided to have a local mechanic look at it. The local mechanic said the “CAM SENOR” was bad.
Stay far away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not worth the headache! Read the other reviews!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I would have!!!

Found a listing of a commercial van through a third party site and walked in and found the perfect vehicle for our business.
Adrian was very helpful in showing potential vehicles and pointed us to the perfect vehicle.
Erwin the finance manager did quick work to get us out the door and arranged delivery of our vehicle to our office the next day! Time is money and we definitely saved some money here ?

Fast and easy purchase of my F350. Erwin was great, honest, and easy to work with. The tool boxes were missing an additional key, he immediately had a locksmith come and make a new one, with no additional charge. The truck has been running like new. Highly recommend Erwin at Atlantis.

****Do not buy from this place!!!! I should have read all the reviews before I bought my truck for my new business. I trusted them as the sales person was very nice and they basically scammed me. After taking my vehicle home, it started to rattle 2 miles from their dealership. I called and informed my sales person (whom I will not name but if you read the reviews you will know who). He said to bring it and that it was still under Ford's warranty and not to worry. Two days after dropping the car off, he called me and said that the warranty expired 2 weeks ago and that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Needless to say, this should be taken care of as I just purchased it. He said no no no, we only cover transmission and engine. Everything else is a 50/50 split. At this point, I'm already annoyed and ticked off. I asked to talk to the owner, whom he said was name Mike. This spineless coward doesn't dare confront or speak to me the countless times I asked to speak to him. Sales kept saying, you sign here and here and this is out of our hands. So now, I'm committed and need the vehicle for my business. Sales said that they would need to order the part from Ford and it would cost $900 after 50/50 split. I agreed as I felt that I have no other choice. A week passes by and the part came as promised. I took the vehicle back to have it fixed and to my surprise the bill is $1,100. Sales guy said that they actually gave me a discount from $1,200 because of my troubles. Oh how very nice of them!!!! I asked to speak to the owner again. You guessed it, he is no where to be found!!! Maybe at the bank cashing my money with his tail between his legs!! Lesson learned for me, but save yourself the troubles and don't buy from here. I live in La Puente and I really want to support local business as I'm a local business owner as well but places like this that have no integrity really makes me irate. Mike if you are reading this maybe you will talk to all the news outlets that are coming your way as I have notified them all. I hope this message finds you well!!!

I just buy truck and check engine turn on before finish guarantee,when I go with them they charge me all money for sensor and when I tell them I need invoice for the part they didn’t give , and is not good just buy truck and check engine turn on and customer need to pay
