They sent my ice maker to the wrong address and it got sent back. This was a Christmas gift. Now I’m reading they are not easy to get a refund from. SMH

Bought a new remote for my Vizio tv. Description on site AND on the package said brand new. When I got it, looks like a dog had chewed on it. NOT brand new as advertised obviously. Unfortunately I had to keep as I don’t have one while waiting for the return and replacement process. I will buy another one elsewhere. No I didn’t call to talk them about it. Usually same old song and dance…we are so sorry….return it for replacement. It was cheap enough so not worth the headache of it all. Why not just send a new one as advertised??? STAY AWAY from this place.

I purchased my vizio tv through Amazon, which turned out to be Amtone. I didn't realize that I had purchased a REFURBISHED tv. This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. I got my "refurbished" tv and it started having problems the first day. I contacted customer service and sent it back to this other outfit named Sohen. It has now ben 10 days since I sent the TV back to this Sohen company. I am out $130 bucks for a refurbished tv that hasn't worked right from day one. When I call their customer service department nobody answers. The phone just rings and rings. THIS HAS BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPEREINCE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!! I STRONGLY RECOMEND GOING ELSEWHERE. I ALSO ADVISE YOU THAT IF YOU DO DECIDE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THAT YOU MAKE 100% SURE THAT THEY ARE SELLING YOU A NEW PRODUCT AND NOT A REFURBISHED PRODUCT. DON'T WASTE $130 BUCKS ON A REFURBISHED TV THAT I SHOULD HAVE PAID 100 BUCKS FOR BRAND NEW AT WALMART. LET ME REMIND YOU THAT I STILL DON'T HAVE A TV AND IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 1 MONTH NOW SINCE I OVERPAID FOR THIS REFURBISHED PIECE OF GARBAGE TV FROM AMTONE.
