the WORST customer service ever - their website says allow 1-7 days for order to ship which is a complete lie …I placed my order more than a month & a half ago & have yet to receive my order. I emailed them about 4 times without a response, I texted them about 5 times & called 7 times until finally somebody answered. they’re super inconsiderate of students needing their orders in a timely manner, they’re unprofessional & have poor communication & customer service . 0/10 recommend

Disappointed with the interaction and excuses provided by Matt. He again stated to me as other West Coast students that he only had a few stoles for another campus and we would not be receiving ours anytime soon even through it has been over a month since placing an order. I cancelled my order and have purchased a used one from a former student after receiving no response after 4 attempts to contact them and hearing the excuses.

I placed an order for a stole on February 1,2024 and have never received received itn I have tried to contact them multiple times with absolutely no response by email, text, and voicemail. There voicemail says they are open Monday thru Friday until 4 PM. I have called within their hours and only get a voicemail. I texted them as instructed by their voicemail with no answer back and emailed them 3 times. This is a very unprofessional way to conduct business. They charge for express delivery but others students fro. my school stated they did not get their order for months and it was given to them on the day of their ceremony. What about those people that are having professional pictures done? There is a reason why people place their orders in advance. Fulfilling an order should never be based on the convenience of them rather when the order was placed and was the delivery was promised to be sent out.

For west coast students: What this company does not tell you is that they ship your stoles based of which campus has their ceremony first, not when you ordered. Placed my order in December and was told it wasn’t going to be shipped to me until early March.I was being very communicative with the owner about my need for the stole before then and was “reassured” I would receive it in time. After countless texts and calls I finally decided to drive an hour to their office and pick the stole up myself. Mind you I paid shipping.The owner only guesses which students come from which campus based off the address the put for shipping. So for future students, find out which campus has their ceremony earlier and tell him you go to that campus. You’ll be able to get your stole then.

My school chose this vendor for us to order our stoles for the 2024 graduation year. We ordered our stoles back in December and have had little to no communication regarding delivery. The main contact "Matt" has allowed some people to come and pick up the 2024 stoles but tells other people that the shipment "hasn't come in yet". We have our pinning next Friday and finally we heard from our school that the company would be ON SITE at our pinning passing them out. I have since sent two emails asking if I could drive to pick up my stole, instead. No response. I also noticed that they marked "delivered" on my cap that I ordered and of course, I do not have that. I reached out today for a refund because it's too late now to continue waiting for a company that doesn't communicate to right their wrongs. If you can avoid this company, I highly recommend it for your special day. You should not be stressing about having necessary items for your graduation day a week before.

I needed a Cap and Gown for my daughter's movie making class. I found them on google and Yelp. So I called and answered my phone. He asked what color and told me how much. Seems like they are wholesale and they carry different color gowns. I went and picked it up within an hour. In my opinion, reasonable price. I would note that the store/ office hours are 9 to 4 PM Monday through Friday, not 9 to 5 PM. I am a happy customer.

Seems I'm not alone. I ordered 3 items for my husbands graduation. The cheapest shipping was priority 3 day shipping, for $22.18. It took two weeks to ship because something wasn't even in stock. No email or anything telling us this. I sent an email asking why I was charged for 3 day priority if it's been two weeks already. Also it shipped on a Friday and won't be here for almost another week. So that's not priority shipping. Not sure how a stole and shirt cost $22 to ship. The other item is preorder so who knows when we will actually get that. They told me processing takes longer......but still charge people wrong for shipping and don't communicate until way later that the delay was because one of the items wasn't even in stock at the time(not the pre order item either) They will gladly take payment for items they don't even have.

Where to start off. Very disappointed. Missing1 tassel from my package. Received my package 5 days before my son's graduation so he couldn't take his senior pictures on time. Only went with this company because the school appointed them. Keep on top of your order if you have to use them.

I am a graduate at Platt College located in Riverside (CO2021) Due to covid my graduation had to be pushed back a whole year. This company came to my school location back in 2021. I was told that we needed to pay for our packages in cash at the actual school, which is what I did. It is now 9/16/22. The day of my graduation, and I never received my cap and gown after contacting this location on multiple occasions. I was able to get in contact with someone 2 days before my big day and was told they would ship everything overnight for me although my name wasn't in the system (BECAUSE I PAID CASH) but they made that "exception" for me because they've been getting a tremendous amount of hate from my college due to MANY students panicking about not receiving there items. MY PACKAGE never came overnight...so here I am having to miss this important milestone in my life. I wouldn't recommend any school or students ordering from this company. They are Inconsiderate, unreliable and highly unprofessional. I have dealt with extreme amounts of emotional distress this past month...and this unfortunately is the icing on the cake. All my hard work, and nothing to show for my achievements because of covid and this horrible company. Although they told me they would ship my cap & Gown overnight, I never received the order. Due to the uncertainty and distress I have been going through this past week, I told friends & family the day prior to graduation that I would not be attending due to me never getting the package. The day of graduation 9/16/2022, this company decided to text me two hours prior to me having to be in Ontario, and stated I could pick them up at graduation.....If they would have just messaged me before they closed the night before, I would've been able to make arrangements and have that happen for me. Due to transportation issues and me already confirming with family that I wouldn't be attending, 2 hours just wasn't enough time for me to do a complete turnaround and be prepared....I am highly distressed with the outcome of how everything has played out for me on a day that was supposed to be memorable.

Matt is the absolute best!!!! He helped me get a cap and gown litterally 24 hrs before my graduation. The quality of the cap and gown is amazing. They close at 4pm but Matt told me he would wait until I got there, which was so incredibly kind since I was in serious need of a cap and gown. I’m truly so thankful because I thought I wasn’t going to be able to attend the ceremony but Matt made it possible!

Well, by looking at all the reviews, i hope I will get a right size but I ordered my cap, gown and tassel on January 28, 2022 and today is February 23, 2022 and still did not receive my order not even a message why it is delay or a status of my order. 1 star for now, once I receive my order I will follow up on this one.
