I ordered a diploma frame 1 month ago with express delivery. Still haven’t received anything yet. Tried to email and call a dozen times but got no response.

Where to start off. Very disappointed. Missing1 tassel from my package. Received my package 5 days before my son's graduation so he couldn't take his senior pictures on time. Only went with this company because the school appointed them. Keep on top of your order if you have to use them.
