I came in here after a long drive and just asked to use the bathroom. I was definitely going to buy some snacks and note that I saw they had a public bathroom but the cashier took one look at me a black woman and said no go to Arco. I am posting this for reflection. Kindness goes a long way but in this case it did not. My review speaks for itself and karma doesn’t miss its target. So it is what it is.

Owners and employees are incompetent. Called a million times to ask a simple question..they hung up twice on me the first two times and then they blocked my number. Lol

Hello my point of view is that this location on amar and unruh is in very bad condition. They had a broken window on the front door for a few days if it was my store I would of replaced it already.It is a business it should have high standards to its customers the front of the store looks dirty and a paint job is way overdue. Sdhu is the owner you need to invest in your store to keep your customers happy.

The cashier was extremely rude and we were the only ones there and he made us wait till he was done playing on his phone only to tell us that the system is done and we couldn't buy the PlayStation cards and it's not the first time they always say the system is down when we come get these PlayStation cards.

Horrible experience my kids and I had to wait till cashier was done playing on his phone or texting so we can pay.I did a google review on him too because that's how disappointing and horrible my experience was and forgot the ignoring he was rude the whole time needs to be coached or honestly perhaps best recommendation is FIRED !!!! But usually they are friends with the owner or family so that's probably not gonna happen but the guy was a total rude a*** Found the pic on google. A lot of complaints on him so most likely related to owner somehow that's why he still there embarrassing..

I was just there this morning getting a coffee and the cashier said my total was $2 and change and now that I'm looking at my bank statement she charged me $25.97-even more expensive that Starbucks lol. I'm now at work and I'm calling the number online but no one is answering. I hope they don't do this often because I'm sure some people don't even check their receipts or their bank statements. I paid with my Digital wallet and they did not give me a receipt.

I just came back from this 7/11 and I was getting a hot dog at 10PM but I was looking at what I should order so then the MANAGER was there telling us to hurry up as I'm still thinking of my order so he gets mad and says I won't give you no more hot dogs after 10PM. So I found it crazy why he said that when they give the heated foods 24 hrs and was rushing us for no reason so he yelled at us to hurry up for no reason. Then we told him to let us speak to the manager and he goes "I am the manager b****" so we go well do your damn job and get me a hot dog. It was such a bad experience how he treated us for not knowing our order.

New home closed the store before 1:30am and claimed that because he had no customers that he is closed.. yeth they refuse to update their schedules. This Location closes no later than 12am.

The cashier was very rude, my moms friend wanted to buy beer, but he said we weren’t old enough so we showed him our ID and said we needed American ID. We called my mom and she said what happen, he said we needed an adults ID. We showed him my moms ID and he said that my mom can’t buy it. Then he said “your in the US, not Mexico”. 7-eleven should really take care of this, there gonna lose a lot of customers if this continues

Very rude cashiers.
