Been doing my taxes with Harold for about 5 years already and I can say that I'm Bieber displeased with his services. A lot of my friends and co workers go to Pascual Shin and Associates to do their taxes and they say the same thing. Year round perks on you can call for any advice or information abd help you make wise financial decisions to help you out in the current moment and later down the road.

My family and I have been going to Alex for over 8 years for our taxes. He is such an amazing worker. He makes sure to answer all our questions and even accommodate us with the day and time to see us. We highly recommend him and his peers. He replies really fast to our emails. Prices are very reasonable and he makes sure to provide us with recommendations for the incoming year. His business follows Covid protocols and even have hand sanitizers at site. We have nothing but good things to say about Pascual Shin & Associates. Thank you for always helping our family.

This will be a lengthy post but well-deserved. I have been with Harold for over a decade. He actually became my go-to as I was absorbed because of my being "married-into" the family and they've had Harold as their main man for several years. So, Harold and I have history. Several amazing things I can tell you and also give you a heads up about.... 1. Tax Season IS THEIR BUSIEST TIME OF THE YEAR!!!! let that sink in please... Saying this, he will not be able to pick up your phone call and you will only get frustrated and mad... The BEST WAY TO CONTACT HIM is through his E-MAIL. utilize it! He will answer promptly and efficiently. You are not his ONLY CLIENT, there are thousands of us, so please be considerate of their time when they have their appointment with Harold. If you want his undivided time, come after tax deadline. 2. HE IS HONEST AND DIRECT-TO-THE-POINT without being disrespectful. Please kindly remember, he will prepare your taxes for you, but he is not a magician. Don't expect him to give you a refund if you didn't pay enough taxes. Uncle Sam wants his share as well. DO NOT BE GREEDY! having said this, you can ask Harold anything and everything as to how to maximize your refund, investments to help offset your taxes and being in the right tax bracket. He doesn't charge you for every question you ask, whether by email, or when you're at your appointment. So, ask away! We have recommended him to several family friends and colleagues and they all have had positive experiences. 3. HE DOES NOT CHARGE YOU PER FORM!! This is important to consider. Some companies will charge you per form. What does this mean? It means that if your preparer tries a short-form first, then thinks you will benefit with the long-form instead, THEY CAN AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR BOTH. Not Harold: he will try both forms and see where you will get the most benefit AND ONLY CHARGE YOU FOR THAT FORM USED (SHORT OR LONG). saying this, you get a discount if you pay with cash! Awesome! 4. Their workplace is clean and well-maintained. They used to have coffee and snacks for their clients (but not for the time being, since it was the pandemic). The client's safety is their priority. You wait for your turn in the comfort of your car, the secretary will call you when it's your turn, then you go up for your appointment. So, if you're looking for a new go-to guy, Harold is available for you!

Does not get back to you it return calls, I'm wondering if they actually care about how this reflects their reputation. I really needed some help and they were recommended. Now I regret waiting to try and get a hold of them for tax problems.

I've been going to Harold for about 3-4 years. Though I had never met him, doing business via email worked out nicely. This year, I have had the pleasure of meeting Harold in person. I made the 1.5 hour drive finally. Haha. After parking, I called the receptionist to let her know I had arrived. Once the customer before me walked out the door, they clean and prepare for me to walk in. Very efficient and safe. Harold sat behind a desk with a large plexiglass divider to protect he and myself. The tax process went quickly. It helps to be organized. I'm sure I could have emailed all of my info ahead of time as well. Once we were done, I sent him a Venmo payment and I was out the door and straight to Chipotle across his building. Perfect!

Grateful for the exceptional service. My family and I have been going to Alex for a few years now and it has always been a pleasant experience. During the pandemic, they only allow 2 people in a family at a time to come inside the office. Just call the office and let them know your appointment time. We just stayed parked and they called back when it was our turn to come up. Social distancing is enforced and overall it was a safe environment to file for taxes.

Cecilia is my go to person at this office. She always provides exceptional service, she is timely and just a pleasure to talk to. She is well educated and versed in all the new tax laws that are constantly changing. What I appreciate the most since I am a business owner is the advise she provides to help me better manage my taxes. The process is also very easy and secure. I love her and recommend her to all my clients as well.

I had a great experience and service from Cecilia before my tax deadline. She was exceptional and easy to communicate with via through email. It was a struggle for me to leave work to make my appointment, especially since I live and work really far from the office. Cecilia made sure to complete my tax form as quickly as possible with accuracy. I'll be sure to use Cecilia next year.
