“Dr Jennifer Moore and this place are so amazing. I was extremely sick with a virus that was not getting better. A previous trip to a different urgent care proved to be unhelpful. There wasn’t any testing done and I was sent home with multiple cough meds. I got even more sick the next day. When I checked in at Urgent Care Pros, I was quickly given all the tests…COVID, flu, urine, bloods and a chest xray. They quickly diagnosed me with walking pneumonia. I was sent home with multiple antibiotics and steroids. The staff was so knowledgeable and kind. They even called me at least 3 times during the week to check on me. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend”

Earlier this AM, I tried one Urgent Care that didn’t take walk-ins. You had to make an appointment for a PHONE-IN exam! (????). The second place didn’t take Medicare or my secondary- Blue Coss/Blue Shield PPO!!! (??????)

“I got very lucky as a walk-in patient. There were 4 walk-in customers in the queue ahead of me waiting for the facility to open. When they started letting customers in, they allowed the only customer with the first appointment to enter first. There were 3 check-in kiosks. The 4 people customers ahead of me went to the other 2 kiosks, while I followed the only customer with an appointment. Luckily, he knew the process, so his check-in was quick; and because I also am familiar with the self-check-in process when he finished, I simply checked-in making me the first walk-in the official queue, while the other 4 people who had been ahead of me where still trying to figure it out. I was seated for all of 5 minutes before my name was called to be seen. So, I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. My best time yet. As usual, the staff was friendly and professional.”

They are wonderful at faxing results with-in a couple days and they also have a courier that hand delivers path reports. Reasonably priced for cash paying patients. “It was my first time here and I just have to say it was nice, easy and seamless! Checking it was so quick and I was seen right away. My phlebotomist Beverly was AMAZING. I told her I was nervous and she eased my nerves right away, not to mention really good at what she does, it was literally so quick and virtually painless and she was easy to talk to which helped. Just wonderful customer service all around! The facilities were nice and clean as well. A new favorite location for me for sure!”
“Came here for an urine drug test. Totally forgot it was an urine test after I used the restroom 15 mins prior to the appt assuming it was going to be a long wait. There was no wait and the tall basketball coach technician told me no worries and he can wait. He was super chill about everything and super friendly. I recommend this place since its like a small mom and pops type of shop that is super friendly and fast compared to the corp facilities.”

“We had a great experience at the LabCorp in Cypress. I brought my daughter in for a blood test at 7:30 am, hoping to get it done before school. We were not aware that we had to make an appointment, but, Leslie, the front desk nurse, was kind enough to make an exception and helped us check in.
We were then attended by the amazing and very experienced nurse, Roxanne, that made my very nervous daughter ( and myself) feel at ease with the process of getting blood drawn.
Thank you guys for making such a nerve wrecking experience more than tolerable.”

“It’s best if you set up a appointment if you don’t you will wait hours I once waited 2 hours, I set up a appointment using a paper with a Qvr code that a nurse gave me then I used my phone camera on the Qvr code then it opened the Quest website I registered a account then I set up my first appointment. Later on my appointment day I used the kiosk to check in with my health insurance card .”
