Highly recommend Legacy Home mortgage! I was almost ready to back out on the home I was purchasing because I was being asked to put an insane amount of money down by another lender. Phoebe at Legacy home mortgage made it happen for me and I closed escrow within 2 weeks of her taking over. Absolutely amazing! I appreciate the knowledge and compassion and definitely will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home.

- Calm and Solid advice and guidance during the ups and downs of the purchase and financing process. Like a rock!
- She is also very cost sensitive and looked for ways to reduce/eliminate lender fees, appraisal fees, escrow fees, even negotiated reduced vendor costs for some of the minor repairs we had completed during the purchase process (ie. HVAC and Termite tenting).
Basically Phoebe provided us the complete "white glove" service and advice that you would only expect from the best of the best. She treated every aspect of the process thinking through the eyes of her customers and what would be in our best interest.
I have aspired to achieve the American dream for the past 7 years and finally received my Green card in late 2023. I cannot speak highly enough of Phoebe at Legacy Home Mortgage! Saying she went above and beyond feels cliche and still doesn’t describe the level of care and service she puts into her job. I know I am not her only client but she made me feel like I was. Her knowledge on VA loans is something that is so hard to find now a days. She made this process as simple as possible for me. Phoebe was awesome she took the time to walk me through a lot things to get me a rate I feel comfortable with. I initially started house hunting with a pre-approval from CalVet but I was able to get a better rate with her because she found some things I could take care of on my credit report which ended up having a huge effect on my score. They took care of business and made the process quick and easy.
