has been a very messy process to get paperwork for school and communicating with medical team knowing that I had deadlines to meet in order to proceed with school and as a result, have to be held back from my clinical rotation. got a call this morning letting me know paperwork is ready to be picked up when I needed to have had it no later than the 16th. and not only that, I was told by reception that they would email the paperwork to me personally when it was done and now they want me to go over there and pick it up which is another small but very annoying thing.

Do NOT use their smartphone check-in!! Apparently, it does not communicate well with/alert nurses and you will be left sitting in the waiting room wayyyy beyond reasonable delays in appointments, more than 30mins+. Sometimes "smart technology" isn't.

The flu shot section goes smoothly because all you have to do is fill out a brief form, and there was barely any line. So, I received the vaccine almost immediately. But the appointments I swear to God always take longer, so there's really no point in arriving 15 minutes earlier because they rarely take you in earlier than the said time. If anything, there is usually a wait. I'm so happy I scheduled an appointment with Rachel Kim for optometry! She was so detailed and explained everything so well! I had been delaying this for so long, but glad I finally met her.

The worst Health Insurance plan. They assign a primary Doctor to you and you are never able to see him/her. I just tried one more time to set an appointment with my Lady Doctor and the closest available date is 8/31/23, today's date is 7/11/23, that is absolutely ridiculous. if I want to see my Doctor is because I need it now. not 50 days later. I have had a lot of very bad experiences with them. Francisco

Came in today for an eye exam and dilation. My visit was fast easy and convenient. Everything ran smoothly, hardly had to wait and the doctor was excellent/ answered all my questions I didn't feel rushed. See you back in 6 months.

The check-in process here is HORRIBLE. They usually have one or two people "directing traffic" of people...but they're definitely not the right people to be doing this. I had a timed glucose test today, so I had made an appointment through the app for the lab work. I got to the facility about 15 minutes early which is customary. There were two disorderly lines on each side of the doorway. I had to ask the people in line for info on what each line was for as the people at the doorway were too busy making backhanded comments about confused people ambling around trying to figure out the order system. I tried to do the express check-in, so I ended up getting out of line only to find out that lab appointments were not accepted and I had to go to the physical window. Started walking back to the door people, and this cranky lady with long white hair and a terrible demeanor didn't even let me finish and was like "back of the line, back of the line". Got back in the line again, only to see her let an older lady cut me in line because she too was denied express check-in...uh...what??? Finally got inside to the check-in desk and the long white hair lady had ended up going in too to "help check-in" patients. The desk I was at was next to hers. The lady who assisted me was like... "You're here for a timed test? What time did you drink it?". I told her around 8:10am...in which she replied, "you're late". By the time I got to her it was about 9:28am. Yes Einstein, I AM. I know. I explained that the lady at the front sent me to the back of the line and didn't listen to me. The moment I said this, the long white haired lady squawked "YOU DIDNT TELL ME IT WAS TIMED. YOU SAW HOW EASY IT IS DIRECTING PEOPLE OUT THERE (sarcasm)". They still checked me in knowing I was way too late. I went up to labs, and they immediately turned me away and told me to go back and get a refund. Waste of time at this location. Horrible service at the front. This is not the sort of greeting that should be the "face" of the building.

I would like to give my primary care doctor Tram Pham for being a caring doctor, always taking good care of me and my husband. She doesnt rush in seeing us,always listen to our health problems, and always on top of everything. We've been with her for many years and we're very lucky to choose her as our primary doctors.Kaiser have a lit of good doctors that's why we stayed with them and recommend them to our friends and family.

Do not try and get an appointment here. I have tried to get an appointment multiple times and there is never any availability within the next couple of days or week. I have to go to urgent care every time. I was able to get an appointment for my daughter at this location but not with her PCP. I had to ask for any available Dr. and that Dr was great but not the one I chose. I just had a small surgical procedure last night in the ER and they told me to see my PCP in 2 days for a follow up. I just got a call to schedule something and the earliest they had was 11 days away. When I mentioned the 2 day follow up I was told "yeah we don't have anything for that time". Not sure why I was even asked to choose a PCP I have NEVER seen them. I know there are times where healthcare is overworked but stop accepting new patients if you can't see them in a timely manner. The response is always here are the 3 urgent care centers you can go to. None of which are very close to me. Kaiser in other locations is better but my experience with this location has been horrible.

Horrible customer service. My elder parents went to pick up their prescriptions and the WHOLE staff was extremely disrespectful and whispering amongst themselves about my parents. And we know it was about them because they would look at them, begin to talk, EVEN LAUGHING, and speaking loudly and clearly so we can hear that they are talking about them. They were belittled and treated horribly. We have been there multiple times and my parents haven't experienced that before today. I will be calling in to ask for all their names. Kaiser Permanente needs to do better when picking out their staff. If you're going to be medical field, and even in customer service, you need to have some sort of compassion or care for people who come into your place of work and evidently all those arrogant pharmacy workers do not.

Pharma tech here is bad. They will ask u to wait for 5 to 10 minutes but that will drag u to 30 minutes or more before they call u to say your prescription is not available. Almost every time this happens to me. Poor management control. Find somewhere else to refill your prescription before u get disappointed.

Lupe, pharm tech..Kaiser is lucky to have an employee like your self . You covered my Amount due cuz I forgot my wallet. A massive display of kindness and compassion. She could have turned me down a bunch of times because I wasn't prepared. Many many thanks. I hope u are blessed with a safe and prosperous New Years-guy at the Pharm having this senior moment.

You should update your website!!! I checked your hours before I drove here, it showed 7:30AM - 7:00PM only to find out you open at 8:15AM and per yelp you open at 8:30AM there's no consistency. Some people have don't have all the time in the world

Kaiser Permanente have extremely rude operators and representatives. Avoid them and their manners at all cost
