Worst bank ever. Horrible customer service and very rude. Not sure why but the old lady there was rude and disrespectful to me. Never coming here again. Not sure if they are raciest or what they need customers service class

I've been part of City National Bank for over 30 years and have always had great experiences with their staff. My contact recently retired and my new rep is even better! Highly recommend working with Polly Laberge at this branch. She's very helpful and responsive to any and all my concerns.

If you want poor customer service, this is the bank for you. I have been trying to get access to my bank account via App since December 29th, 2021. I waited over the long weekend and was told I would have access but I could not log in. I called the support line at 1-800-773-7100 and have to wait 30 to 40 minutes everyday before anyone answers. On every call they say they are escalating my request because the online account is frozen and promise me they will have is working the next business day but as of today January 18,2022 the online account is still frozen. They don't know why. I've talked with supervisors who promise to fix itbut they never call me back. My advise is do not use this bank unless you have the time to walk into the office to do all your business.

I went to this bank for the first time to filled up the forms for my checks. One of the staff, Mrs. Hillary Morales greeted me with joy and supported me how to fill up the form from the company I work for. I really appreciate her help and very well explained about the process. I would like to offer an excellent customer service and she was the workers I was looking for as a professional bank teller. Because of this professional jobs and customer service, I was thinking about switching the bank to Citi National Bank instead of Citi Bank which poor customer service I am currently using it.Thank you Mrs. Morales and the staff for the Citi National Bank.

Good morning, I went into this branch last week to cash a settlement check. After some troubleshooting the very polite , professional staff were able to help me out with this matter. Maria Franco-Heads was more than helpful and I am very appreciative of all the efforts. Very pleased with the customer service displayed by all the specialists!! thank you very much.

Came here to cash a check--I don't bank with them. I had some difficulties due to the company that issued the check, but Maria was amazing and professional. She has superb customer service and was extremely helpful and supportive!

This bank has been the best bank I have had this far, Ive banked with all other major banks and have gotten horrible service, lost money and even treated unprofessional. But everyone in this bank treated me great, especially Maria! she is so amazing. I had an issue that I needed help with and she helped me every step of the way and had the best attitude the entire time. every time I have come in this branch the tellers have been amazing. thank you CNB and MARIA I am a satisfied customer. I honesty recommend CNB to anyone who is tired of major banks treating them like you are not a customer. Best bank ever!

I do not even bank here but instead I use this bank because the escrow company that I work with issues checks from this bank. I have always received excellent service from them and even though I do not bank there, they always treat me like I do without leaning on me to open an account. I've never seen a line to wait in and it's an old school sit down in front of the banker type of place. Today I received excellent service from Teresa, Maria, and Polly.

I had a bad experience went over and cash a $5000 check teller give me all 20 and he forgot to give you my ID back and I'm from San Diego and they don't want mail to my house they spec me to drive back two hours to go pick it up that's bull shsss
