Called this location for assistance in my account. First, they got my name wrong and kept calling me by a wrong name. Then was put on hold then said would call back because they were busy. Waited all afternoon and no call back. Either they're forgetful or unprofessional. But bad customer service regardless.

It's $8 dollars to cash in their own check ehhhhh basically goes my lunch money it is what it is

Customer service sucks and they charge you $5 to cash checks issued by THEIR CUSTOMERS. Then they give u attitude and take 15 minutes to cash the check. Keep pushing buttons lady u aren't fooling anyone, it's not that complicated to cash a VALID check.
