I am saddened to say that a teller at this location this past Saturday took a 700$ money order from the post office that I purchased in cash and did not end up needing and deposited it incorrectly making it unavailable in my account for 2 weeks from the date it was deposited. I've called the higher up customer service and they told me she did In fact deposit the money order from the USPS incorrectly and won't be available for 2 weeks. He said there is nothing they could do he feels bad but she messed up and it's out of their control. This is just sad and wrong. That lady probably should get a reeducation in her job. Some more training.

Oooo my god can people be any rudder this is madness, i get there at 3:59 the girl at the door tells me to find another Bank of America to be helped they are closed, and i walk out to my car to find out that all the bank of Americas close at the same time. After 10 years of having an account with you guys this is not the right way of treating customers. Wells Fargo you are getting a chance. I just don’t understand how you guys are still in business, your hours are shorter then every other bank and you don’t treat your customers right.

Very poorly run branch. At all times of the day there is a line out the door and only two bank tellers working. It’s been like this for years now. Avoid coming here if you can.

Horrible branch, I opened my safe box one n half years back. Today when I went there to operate my safe box. The lady on counter refused to have my account there. I have been sent to the manager named “margo martinea “. She said she did not have any locker with the number of locker I had keys. She asked me that I might have opened at some other branch but it would have been shown on system. They do not have any locker with that number. I did not took my agreement with me as I never expected this from BOA. After being more than one hour she replied the same that they do not have this locker. I told them that I opened my locker in October 2020 then after long she brought the agreement and it was showing that this number of locker is missing. When she put up this locker on system…. It was showing that my locker is empty n is available for other customers. I was shivering as I had everything in that. I was begging to use your restroom as I was shivering due to tension they did allow once I used that restroom of a coffee shop across the road then second they didn’t allowed.Later the manager went off stating that she does not belong to this branch n hand over the case to the concerned member of that branch named “Jose abrajan “. That rude manager told me that some other numbers is put up on my account. After being asking again n again he didn’t provided my that incorrect number. He said that today he is opening my account. Until today it wasn’t anybody’s and I have been paying for this locker last 2 years.I have been screaming to operate my locker the manager of this branch didn’t permitted. He was insisting me to sign the documents stating that today I opened my account. After being I started my recording after telling him that I will take the help of law he allowed me to use the locker n stopped torturing me.This branch is horrible….. these people were putting blame on the associate named “Steven Cisneros “. I do not know how to define this branch. I never expected this from such a reputed bank like BOA. I was honored to be a part of this bank but now I am scared to trust this bank………. Horrible ????

Bank closes at 4pm due to covid. Don't people need to work during these times? Isnt a bank essential. Why the shorter hours? Chase Bank is open till 5. How are working people suppose to take out money if the bank closes before they get off work? Certain amounts are not authorized through self serve walk ups.

Standing in line forever. Many customers are waiting in/out side of bank. They do not care about customer service because tellers have to sell BofA services and programs to a customers first.

On August 26th a bank teller from this location authorized a transaction on my bank account to someone who wasn't ME!! The teller obviously didn't do their job to verify the fraudulent check that was deposited and handed over $8,000 as "less cash" to this identity thief!!! A ton of red flags should have been raised. I have never even been to La Palma. I live in Lodi, CA!! I have a current claim open but Bank of America is trying to deny it. The investigation department obviously doesn't know how to do their job! My next step is to hire a lawyer and contact every news channel possible until Bank of America returns my money that they are supposed to be protecting for me!!

We used to go here and bankers discriminate against Asians. Not only that they steer you to go to your own bank, they rudely tell you not to come to their bank if you dont bank there. This is America I can go wherever I please. Now I do fund tranfer to my bank without a fee.

We used to go here for EDD cashouts and the bankers discriminate against Asians. Not only that they steer you to go to your own bank. They ask if you bank here and if you say no they tell you not to come to bofa. I can go wherever I please. Now I do bank tranfer to my bank without a fee. Thank god I dont have to deal with their rudeness!

The drive-up ATMs are convenient, but, the ones that are physically attached to the side of the bank are more secure.
