Had an appointment yesterday and the a t m would not dispense cash. I parked and went inside and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time not feeling well. When I got outside my car was covered with gardening debris and damage by the Bank of America gardener. B of A had Downey branch call me today when this occurred at La Palma, California Branch on Surveillance yesterday. Customer since 1981

Bank of America here in la Palma location. This bank super fast to do business with. I enjoy the fact really not long lines here. Plenty of parking here. Plenty of ATMs here too also drive up ATMs here too.

Wow. I have to say never in my 20+ years as a Bank of America customer have I been talked to in such a condescending and offensive way from the assistant manager, who (unsuccessfully) tried to address our feedback for having to wait 35 minutes for our SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT with a specialist. When we calmly informed her that we had been waiting for 30+ minutes with not so much as a glance from anyone, twice she stopped me from talking and even held her palm up to my face. Mind you, I was very mild mannered throughout, but she seemed to want to have the last word without truly resolving the situation with any specific explanation, other than "some things are out of our control." Ultimately, she rudely turned and walked away from us, akin to a customer service rep on a call hanging up the phone. Bank retail is tough. These branch managers need more quality customer service training from corporate. Looking at you, Holly O'Neill :)B of A, you can do better-- much better.

There is always a ridiculously long line with only two tellers. No respect for any of your customers time. I was in there for 30+ min for one simple task and couldn't even get a fee waived as a courtesy. Was told I'd have to wait even longer for that to be considered. I'll be leaving BofA for another bank here soon.

Recently I had to subject myself to horrible customer service at this branch to start with there was no one directly guiding customers to the right places... so I entered the teller line like a logical person would during this time for 20+ mins the line didn't move and business customers were served and when the teller had finished with the business customers she never offered to help the other customers...Also there were TWO tellers and one went on lunch while at least two employees milled around and also assisted loan officers before helping out our line .... Slowly the line grew longer and I was up to get help where I was promptly told I would have to put my name on list and wait when I asked why I was told I was in the wrong place... so i was upset because I was just trying to replace a debit card am dealing with a stolen phone issue and didn't have access to the info at and was told online online ummm i was dealing with a stolen phone issue and didn't have access to the online account information so... The manager came out after I raised my voice and said I had been in the line and of course now there is no one in the line and she can't understand how I could have waited for soooooo long ... so she sits me down and says it could be up to 45 mins ... i am angry at this point and sit down but not before she comes over and say "you know I was standing there when you walked in" i said no you were hovering around the door to tge break room... so finally my time comes and this young woman offered me help but not before I had to get my phone and recite everything again twice address, ss #, and finally I asked her to replace my debit card before she cut me off and said you know you can do that online... i said yes but without my account info I can't reset up my online .... So she then tells me that she has ordered the new debit card!!!! That was a flat out lie ... she never ordered the debit card and I wouldn't have found out had I not called today and inquired about it once gaining access to my online banking account....I am very angry at this branch for such a severe disrespectful manner and service...Follow up they did call to say sorry for the issues and sbs would look into it but I honestly am having trouble with keeping my money with a place that holds my check for 10 days for just being a paper check ... hmmmm

Service at this bank is really bad, I was waiting in line for awhile but I didn't mind because the other Bank of America are closed in the area, There was a lady that came after wards and she didn't have an appointment but she got in front of everyone in the line because she knew the manger or the colleague at the branch, and that's what ticked me off

I am saddened to say that a teller at this location this past Saturday took a 700$ money order from the post office that I purchased in cash and did not end up needing and deposited it incorrectly making it unavailable in my account for 2 weeks from the date it was deposited. I've called the higher up customer service and they told me she did In fact deposit the money order from the USPS incorrectly and won't be available for 2 weeks. He said there is nothing they could do he feels bad but she messed up and it's out of their control. This is just sad and wrong. That lady probably should get a reeducation in her job. Some more training.

Oooo my god can people be any rudder this is madness, i get there at 3:59 the girl at the door tells me to find another Bank of America to be helped they are closed, and i walk out to my car to find out that all the bank of Americas close at the same time. After 10 years of having an account with you guys this is not the right way of treating customers. Wells Fargo you are getting a chance. I just don’t understand how you guys are still in business, your hours are shorter then every other bank and you don’t treat your customers right.

Fast service and very helpful staff! There was a long line but went by fast! Highly recommend!!
