So I'm sitting here in the banking area with other people and an employee comes out and asks everyone but me what we need. So I'm wondering if I'm invisible today. At this rate I'm ready to take my money elsewhere

I would like to leave a review for the Manager, Dave Gonzales. Mr. Gonzales works at the Wells Fargo in LaMirada and everytime I have business to take care of he is right there to help me. He is consistent, professional and very kind. He handles everything in a way that just makes you feel so comfortable and assuring that everything will be taken care of. I give him a 100% and will continue my business with Wells Fargo because of him. Thank you very much!!! Loretta Munro

Paul Silva is an extremely lazy of a manager. I went in with an extremely important matter and he brushed me off. He told me , "you wasted your tune coming here". He is right on that. Wells Fargo is a fine organization with great people. But this Paul Silva breaks that heritage. Lazy and rude should not be tolerated!

Slow service. Only 2 tellers for the busy afternoon. I'm typing this review while waiting in line. Bank manager can see the line form but does nothing about it. Update: Had to come back in a month later. Same thing only 2 tellers for a busy afternoon. Long wait times. Changed my review to 1 star.

I went here on Saturday to pay for the payment. I've been waiting for about 20-25 minutes because they only have 2 bankers(clerks) on the front desk, but I don't think they know what they're doing. They were just talking to one person. Of course it's about the bank, and the other bankers are behind them, so it would be nice if they could come and help us, but they don't even want to help. This is the worst place I'll ever go back. I went here on Saturday to make my payment. I waited for about 20-25 minutes as there were only 2 bank tellers on duty, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. I just kept talking to one person. Of course, it's about the bank. Then, since other bankers were behind, it would be nice if they came to the front and helped, but they don't even want to help. This is the worst place I will never go back to.

How can someone tell me I can't withdrawal my own hard earn money at the window and told me to just withdraw from atm? Paul was the most unprofessional teller I've ever ran into . Ask to speak to a manager for how rude he was and he says he's the manager , man this place need to change management.

Every time I come here there is a long line and only two tellers. Horrible management to have only two tellers. Management should help out when there is a line this long.

I don't know if they're on budget restrictions on hiring more tellers. If there's a line of more than 10 people , they should have the common courtesy to open up more teller windows instead of just 2. It's ridiculous to be waiting this long snide a bank institution. Wells Fargo La Mirada sucks.

If you want to open a new account, find another bank. This company makes it so hard to open a new account. I went to La Habra, La Mirada, and Whittier, and none wanted my money! They were "too busy." Go figure!!!!!

The line here is out the door. Only two tellers working, poor management. Not everyone has 49 minutes to wait in line. Very disappointed, they need to rehire employees back. These places have gotten so money hungry to don't want to hire anybody back.

Two bank tellers for a bank branch is simply unacceptable. This creates an extreme waste of time in customers waiting in long lines. This shows clear signs of poor management at this location.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I had an appointment at 2pm today to open up an account and I sat there for 30 mins waiting for a banker and nothing. The only help I had was from the security guard who told them I was there. I left after 30 minutes because I don't have all day to wait for them and I waited a long time. I will be going to another bank that will actually help when I have an appointment.
