Paul Silva is an extremely lazy of a manager. I went in with an extremely important matter and he brushed me off. He told me , "you wasted your tune coming here". He is right on that. Wells Fargo is a fine organization with great people. But this Paul Silva breaks that heritage. Lazy and rude should not be tolerated!

How can someone tell me I can't withdrawal my own hard earn money at the window and told me to just withdraw from atm? Paul was the most unprofessional teller I've ever ran into . Ask to speak to a manager for how rude he was and he says he's the manager , man this place need to change management.

Every time I come here there is a long line and only two tellers. Horrible management to have only two tellers. Management should help out when there is a line this long.

I don't know if they're on budget restrictions on hiring more tellers. If there's a line of more than 10 people , they should have the common courtesy to open up more teller windows instead of just 2. It's ridiculous to be waiting this long snide a bank institution. Wells Fargo La Mirada sucks.

If you want to open a new account, find another bank. This company makes it so hard to open a new account. I went to La Habra, La Mirada, and Whittier, and none wanted my money! They were "too busy." Go figure!!!!!

The line here is out the door. Only two tellers working, poor management. Not everyone has 49 minutes to wait in line. Very disappointed, they need to rehire employees back. These places have gotten so money hungry to don't want to hire anybody back.

Two bank tellers for a bank branch is simply unacceptable. This creates an extreme waste of time in customers waiting in long lines. This shows clear signs of poor management at this location.

I've had some recent banking business to take care of. Omar helped me on my first visit. He was so professional and easy to talk to. We ran into some issues with the transaction that we weren't expecting, so it took longer than we both had anticipated. He was so calm and never made me feel like I was disrupting his morning. We finally got the issues resolved and he really made me feel like a valued customer. A few weeks later I had to inquire about this account again. I phoned the bank and asked for Omar since he took care of my banking needs so well. He remembered me and made me a same day appointment. Once again he exceeded my expectations. Omar is my go to person. He has excellent customer service skills and is very helpful. He knows how to talk to people. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Thank you Omar, you're the best!

Natalie She's the business banker specialist very very very professional. I had a fraud with my business account and she went ahead and resolved for us within an instant it was a lot of money taken out. But Natalie made me feel safer with Wells Fargo. She definitely needs to get a shout out from her manager Thanks again soo much!!!

Came in today and teller almost deposited my check into the wrong checking account. A stranger's account! She took my check and asked me to confirm everything on my screen...prior to me putting my debit card in. I told her the screen I am seeing is not my information. I was annoyed, tellers should be trained to look at IDs and account names. She said, "oh, that was the person before you, I thought you already put your card in". Umm no. Although I appreciate the speedy friendly service, I prefer accuracy over everything, especially my money. I would highly suggest customers review their receipts and double check their screens during their transactions and when leaving. This just crossed the line for me, Wells Fargo just can't seem to get it right. Their system is down, app does not work, unable to use app...they need to get their act together. If I wasn't so lazy, I'd close my account in a heart beat. But since I've been a customer for over 20 years, all my bills are tied to this account.

Oscar Vargas was very helpful for me and my mom. Helped us navigate our complication with our account, very professional and made us feel very comfortable. He is a very efficient and educated in his banking knowledge. This branch even opened two minutes early for their customers. Wonderful and nice, branch. Thanks so much!

4 bank employees standing around waiting to open new accounts, 2 tellers working with 7 customers in line. Where is the logic in this? Absolutely horrible bank. It took 35 minutes to make a deposit.

I was going into Wells Fargo to cash my paycheck which was drawn on a wells Fargo check and I was met with a smile from one of your representatives Christopher Dome. He made me feel welcome and sat me down and went step by step to get me a checking and savings acct and reassured me of Wells Fargo continued success. He is a great asset to your company and the success of your bank.

This branch specifically is not customer service friendly, was in there trying to cash a check issued by this branch and was treated very unfairly. Totally profiled, was asked a million questions after providing them the necessary documentation to prove my identity. I understand completely that fraud is rampant, but if all ID required is provided that should be sufficient. Don't waste my time for over 30 minutes with unprofessional questions that make customer feel very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this bank specifically this branch.
