0 STARS!!!! Paid $500 for a terrible "wooden" bed. First off, I was 38 weeks pregnant and they delayed my delivery so I had to sleep on the floor that week. Once they got here they said that the bed was defective and was missing parts. The bed didn't even last SIX MONTHS and it started screeching terribly and the slats are almost as thin as cardboard so they started bending. I called to get a solution and the lady tells me "well, you can go get a piece of ply wood to put under your mattress". That suggestion could've came from my dad or husband that's not a solution THEY'RE FIXING!!! They said that the parts are not replaceable nor do they sell them. I asked if there's a store owner that can reach out and the lady says "listen, you can call all you want but the bed will not be refunded or exchanged there's nothing we can do". Literally terrible quality. If I wanted crappy quality like this I would've gone to IKEA and spent half the price! AVOID GOING HERE!!!!!

Worked with Steve the owner of this store. Came in with sweats and a T-Shirt and he still gave me high class treatment! Where do you get that nowadays. The other two guys on his staff treated me the same way. Highly recommended!!!

Well all I can say about this place is a joke recently bought $4000 with the furniture the bed is broken they will not do nothing about it the kitchen table is falling apart the list goes on and on I would spend the extra money go to Ashley furniture stay away from this place !!!!!!! they will not return any phone calls or nothing !!

I went in here the other day to buy a mattress. I've gotten all of my mattresses here in the past because they have great deals and I love supporting small businesses. It seems as though Times are changing now, they have changed their policy on returns. The new policy is no returns at all, love your mattress or you're spit out of luck. Unfortunately if I'm not guaranteed to love my mattress or be able to return it, I will not be buying it from this store. I hate to go to a Costco or a larger namebrand mattress store, but there's no way I can drop thousands of dollars without a satisfaction guarantee.

Big selection of bean bags! They have all different sizes with different colors. Very well priced. I've been looking at bean bags online and they seem to either have ones that are too small, or too large. They had a great selection, perfect for my daughter.

Horrible customer service, never go here, they discriminated against me! I went to by an entire bedroom set and mattress. They would not even acknowledge I was in the store. One guy was so rude and the other sat there shoving food in his face.
