Call before you drive down to the location. I went the UPS service service was not working.

Wasted my time!! No description or anything, I went to the drop off point, and they did not accept my package, stating it was “too big”, and they they could only accept products that fit in a certain shelf, when my package very well would have fit on the shelf. They also stated that there would not be any room for other packages if my product took the whole shelf, when nowhere does it state that there is a package size limit, and it did fit on the shelf as they said it had to. Employees were rude and not attentive at all. Also no UPS drop off point stated anywhere, so there was confusion as to where the place was. Do not waste your time going to this drop off point!

Do not go here unless you actually have your shipping label printed. This is not like a regular UPS store and returning packages is a lot more complicated.
