I always choose to send my returns back here. The employees are very helpful. They separated my label and packing slip, packed the packing slip and sealed my return bag for me. They’ll also print your label if you need them too, they offer basic packing supplies when you need them. Very kind service. Easy in n out even when there’s a bit of a line.

Enjoy going into this facility because it’s close to my home and the staff is friendly. It has never been super busy but even when there’s several people waiting, the staff seems to assist people quickly. I’m in and out with little wait time.

I had an Amazon return and I arrived when they were closing up. The clerk was nice enough to quickly take my return before she completely closed. She did not have to do this because I arrived 10 minutes after closing time. I really appreciated her help.

The staff is friendly, the Notary services are Top Notch and overall a great experience. It can get busy at times so plan accordingly and don't forget to smile.....sometimes things just take time.

I've never had an issue dropping off my returns here. I only use UPS for returns which are usually covered (free). The only negative I can think of is sometimes you have to wait in line when they're busy. On rare occasion it can be a long wait but it's not common. I believe if your package already has a shipping label, you can just drop it off without waiting. I on the other hand will wait in line just to get a receipt in case I need it for proof of return shipment.Im about to go to that store right now and I know what's going to happen. It's going to be my first terrible experience right after I post a good review.

Pretty bad experience here. They would not print out a label for me because the declared value of my package was too high so they tried to send me to another location. They stated it would be a liability for them which is crazy.
