This moving company was atrocious to work with. Awful communication to customers and between the company and actual truck drivers. Representatives are rude and of no help. We were told 2 different delivery dates and received our items the very last day in the contract. Do not recommend at all, in any circumstance.

Shelly and the SUDDATH team were incredible. Communication, Timeliness, Great Workers. An awesome experience. Honestly have never seen anything like it in the moving industry.

Garbage and belligerently incompetent. Ive been trying to get this done for weeks and they still haven't been able to accomplish the simple task of delivering my goods within a reasonable time frame. Theres always something stopping them and for a moving company I couldn't have dealt with worse.

We got packed out for a PCS on December 22. We have been in Ohio since December 28. Every week we are given a new date. We are tracking our things and they have not left California. As our things keep getting delayed, nobody seems to have a valid reason. At some point “Covid” is no longer a logical reason. Why were we told our things were picked up on Jan 21 for the long haul? This is ridiculous. These companies do not care about military families.

I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am right now with this company. We moved from Guam to California and our household goods have been at the port for a month now. We were told on Nov 14 that they should be cleared and released in 5-10 days. Then one month later, we are told that our shipment will be picked up on Dec 15 (Is was not). I continue to reach out and ask the status of our stuff and don’t get much information in return. When I do get ahold of someone they just blame everything on COVID….how convenient! It is frustrating checking my status everyday and waiting for a call and here nothing. Christmas is in 10 days and our two daughters from college are visiting and we have to buy beds and bedding for them too. We are going deeper into debt because we have to continue buy all the stuff we already have. We are in the military and had to use these guys but never will again.
