I recently visited this location looking for a replacement shower/faucet set for a three handle system for my older home. Patrick was unable to offer a replacement kit, but went out of his way to explain my options of either getting adapters and going into a 2 handle system or looking online for a 3 handle system. He even went onto Amazon and showed us a few options available and onto the Pfister website for additional options. He offered to order the parts and have them delivered to their showroom if they did not offer sales to the public. Although I wasn't able to give Patrick my business, he was so helpful in finding solutions to the issue of renovating an older home. He was so friendly and professional, I felt so appreciated. The next time I am looking for bath fixture parts, I will call Standard and give them some business.

I had a great experience here with the SPS team. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping me get the best pricing for my bathroom remodel. Patrick was so attentive & kept me informed about the status of my orders. One of the items was supposed to arrive at a later date, and he went above and beyond to help me get it shipped sooner. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone looking to get great products at a better price.

If you're traveling too fast on Interstate 5 to/from Orange County to Los Angeles (or on the Firestone Boulevard access road), you might just miss this small kitchen/bath/plumbing supply retailer. Formerly known as "Standard Plumbing Supply," it appears to have been re-branded as "Kohler Kitchen & Bath Showroom/Standard Plumbing Supply." Excited to finally stop by this open-only-on-the-weekdays store, we were impressed with the nice selection of Kohler kitchen & bathroom inventory. Unfortunately, however, our overall experience left much to be desired. Not sure if they were too busy or having a bad day, but the staff refused to acknowledge us, while at the same time seemed set on observing us from afar as we were browsing. Feeling unwelcome & uncomfortable, we left the store without making any inquiry regarding their inventory. Nice selection, but unfortunately, the customer service experience for us was so lacking during our visit that we will not likely return. If you're in the market for plumbing supplies, vanities, toilets, sinks, bathroom &/or kitchen fixtures that you may not necessarily find in the typical "big box" retailer, you may want to consider this retailer. Although our experience was not great, not everyone will have the same experience as we did, & the inventory is nice & may be worth a look.

Went here to find a faucet for my Mickey Mouse themed bathroom. Kohler used to have a Disney line 20+ years ago but the faucet finally wore out and was unrepairable due to corrosion. Shaun was very helpful in finding the perfect faucet that had kind of a Steamboat Willie look to it. Here’s a pic to show how nice it looks. This is a great place for all your plumbing accessories.
