The lady That works there on Saturday morning particularly March 9, 2024 Spoke to my wife rudely over air in her tire…when I personally came here weeks ago and was treated nicely. It seems as if they pick and choose times to act nice..and whom they act nice too. Customer service service May need to be revamped or revisited, because local members of the community shouldn’t be treated like this.

I just brought a soda here unknownly that it was already open ,I literally walked 5 steps back into the store and the lady wouldn't let me exchange it and told me to come back tomorrow,isnt that like crime to sell open beverages??? Prices are high and horrible service ,now I see why they are always empty.

Horrible service! Expensive & rude, misogynistic owner at this establishment. Used to put gas here & get car washes all the time, but now I refuse. Very unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This poor lady was having trouble with the credit card machine out so I can get another credit card so I use it for my transaction I told the lady behind the counter that the chip part of it was messed up she completely ignored me but I figured it out because I pushed it hard and I left it there and it worked then I told her hey you need to get the sink fixed completely ignored me again so I said can you hear me and she goes oh yes thank you what a rude rude person I cannot believe this person was that rude after trying to help this old lady out I cannot believe this lady was so rude she's she fired

Definitely a one star station. I'm at the pump using or trying to use my Google pay because the pump says they take Google pay but after about 5 minutes I give up and ask the people in the box what's up with it not working and they said that it doesn't work at the pump you have to come up to the box and you have to provide ID. This was extremely infuriating because the reason I was using my Google pay was I had forgotten my wallet at home and I was just about out of gas. I have never had to use my ID to use my Google pay anywhere. When I told the attendant they should post on the pump that Google pay is not enabled at the pump She just said blah blah blah blah. Then I said well please let your manager know that they should let the customer know and the attendant could care less about customer service. Luckily I had some cashI was able to get gas so I could get home but I only filled up for 2 gallons cuz I wasn't about to give this crappy station any of my hard-earned money after that horrible customer service.

This the slowest self-serve gas station car wash that I've ever encountered in 38 years of driving. It basically has 3 choices of wash, all of which involve some extra machine and substance applications. It took at least 8 minutes for the car 4 cars ahead of me. When I asked the cashier if there was a problem with the wash, she said no, a car was in there. The 3rd car ahead of me took another 7 minutes, the 2nd car ahead of me took another 7!minutes and the car directly ahead of me took another 5 minutes. So, the receipt printed at 3:55 pm and when I finally had me car wash finished it was now 4:26 pm, a total process taking 31 minutes. The full service hand wash near me takes 10-15 minutes total, and maybe 20 minutes if they are super busy. I am giving it 2 stars because the car is reasonably clean... The total time is unacceptable, and needs to be looked at.

Of the gas stations around it is one of the better kept and maintained stations. I used to work here and the owner Paul who unfortunately passed away some time ago, was an awesome guy his son Patrick who has since taken over is just as great. Prices are pretty good and inside the station box there are a fair amount of beverages and snacks as well as sweets. One thing about this location is Patrick has Bang energy drinks stocked with essentially all of the flavor available. Not too many gas stations carry them.
