They sell you the car wash so you get 20 cents cheaper per gallon, but their car wash is always NOT OPEN for the whole month (I tried multiple times, in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, every single time the car wash is NOT OPEN !!!I went inside to ask the lady what’s wrong with the car wash, she said she doesn’t know how to turn on the car wash, asked me to come back later. Will never do it again.

The night shift guy won't sell me scratchers after 10pm for some reason he said his boss won't allow him, he's just lazy, my wife used to work there and the only reason he doesn't wanna do it is because he doesn't want to do the count after his shift, he goes as far as to say that the previous worker messed up the paperwork or they didn't do their work count on the scratchers lol lazy bad service

Avoid - your car will be dirtier after you go through their car wash than before and cashiers are rude and refuse to give you a refund.

Don't fall for the Bait & Switch tactic of "Discount per Gallon with Car Wash Purchase". The car wash is not maintained and the leftside water jets don't work- leaving your car only half washed.

Be Careful! specially came from out of town, this station charges car-wash. The car wash machine has been broken long time ago and they still charges when you pay on pump. If you asking refund for car-wash, they asking to come back next day but no refund when you go back because they manager always not there. Just be careful!! shell station on Rosecrans and Pioneer is good and have a car wash.

Misleading gas prices. Super visible sign shoes prices "with purchase of car wash" Off on the side a smaller semi hidden sign / hard to see sign has the same thing including "without car wash" prices

DONT GO HERE! They hire people that don't understand anything you freaking say! I pumped $20 of gas and their cash register said 6.060 gallons of gas and when the gas was done pumping it pumped 5.635 gallons of gas! I went back and tried to explain to her that it didn't pump the right amount 6.060 gallons of gas and she has nothing to say and said " the manager will be here tomorrow"! Imma save you some time DONT GO HERE! The lady that works this shift doesn't know what she's doing it was during shift 3 at 7:36 PM Sunday Nov, 29th

I came for a car wash. I didn't realize until I got home that my car was still dirty. And by dirty I mean the entire back window was covered in dirt still, you could see the finger marks on it. The machine didn't even wash the back. I didn't realize this until I got home and had to drive back to the car wash. The guy gave me another wash and it was still dirty after a second wash. I went back inside and let him know what happened. He said he couldnt give me a refund because a second wash was given. Long story short, wash your car somewhere else.

I went here for a carwash. I know I shouldn't expect much from a $5 carwash, but one would think it would leave your car a little cleaner than when you went in. I had a bird dropping on my passenger window, and a spiderweb on my passenger side mirror. I went through the wash, and I noticed that the spinning scrubber brushes on the sides don't actually touch the car. I went in for a refund, and was given a free wash code. I told her it didn't work, and asked why I would want another one? Another lady that worked there got involved, so I brought her out and showed her that there was still bird droppings and spiderwebs on my car. She told me to go through again, and said that if it didn't work again, she would give me a free wash, and gave me the number for the manager to call for a refund (Apparently refunds aren't allowed without the manager... screw good customer service). I went through again, with the same results. I went back inside, to tell them there was no change, only to be told (by the first lady) that they saw it on the video and it worked fine, and that they wouldn't give me another wash. I told her to come look at the bird droppings and spiderwebs, and she refused, and told me I was lying. Screw this place. Their carwash sucks. Their customer service sucks... and their gas is overpriced. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went to an actual carwash after to get my car actually washed.

Stopped here to get gas and a car wash no indication on the gas pump that the car wash is broken. Store clerk would not refund car wash.
