Rocport did an outstanding job on my parents house kitchen upgrade. New cabinets, installed new appliances, sink and more! What a difference from the 1956 original kitchen! I looking forward to using Rocport at my house. Thank you Mike and team for a great job!

Prices for flooring and cabinets are competitive but customer service is terrible. Scheduled service is repeatedly missed with no warning or follow-up. Look elsewhere.

Absolute worst customer service. It’s been three weeks and I’m still waiting for my cabinets to be finished. A lot of verbal promises made but no follow through.

Mike and his team were flexible with my project and showed up on time. Overall a great value, they did demo in 1 day, installed cabinets in 2 days, countertops in 1 day! updated my lighting and plumbing as well and everything is working fine. Thanks for the sink, Mike! Looks great. Note - I did the backsplash/tile

The absolute worst costumer service. When calling to check in on why my cabinets have not been finished after three weeks of first beginning installing them the owner engaged in yelling and becoming defensive. A lot of promises were made and have not being followed through.

Mike and his team are exceptional and I would gladly hire them again. The flooring came out beautiful and was done in a very timely manner.Another amazing point is that they did this during the 2020 Pandemic and were very conscientious about safety; wearing masks the entire time.

One day my husband and I were walking into Home Depot to look at flooring and spotted this shop, which happens to be next door. We decided to walk in to see what they had to offer. Initially we were just going to have our built in refrigerator taken out along with getting new floors installed. Well....Mike came out to measure everything and to give us pricing. He was so reasonable that we decided to get it all done: New Floors, cabinets, quartz countertops, and backsplash. They got it done in about 1.5 weeks and it looks great! I like that they are full service. No running out to buy your own materials, they bring it all to you and they also haul everything off. Mike and his team always made sure that we were completely satisfied. They are true professionals and I highly recommend them.
