Room smelled like dog piss, staff was very unfriendly. Pool is nasty, full of bugs. I was out to dinner with my wife and they called us, rushing us to get back, claiming there was an Issue with my dog. I get back they wouldn’t let me enter my room to get my dog and my belongings. Had to call and wait for police to let us in. I felt the manger was racist. Let alone plenty of homeless/Meth heads walk the residence late at night, one knocked on my door. Very poor experience overall. Would not recommend.

Discriminatory Treatment and Inappropriate Behavior for a member of the Staff
Today the woman at the reception lost control and called us “retards” because I questioned her about the hotel's pet policy. First he didn't give us any information and it seems to me that it is part of his job to ask how many guests we will be, if we have pets and not the other way around. When I mentioned that I had a dog, his attitude changed and he wanted to force me to sign a document without explaining what it was about and he began to act with ridicule and sarcasm. I even mention that I would only be staying for two days as if that were a reason for being mistreated. We couldn't communicate because she assumed a lot of things and just started raising her voice. Supervisor George had to intervene because this person did not stop mocking and making inappropriate comments, but this man did not provide information either, rather he dedicated himself to justifying his colleague's behavior by saying that the conversation had become heated and that was why his way of acting. In my opinion, nothing justifies offending another person, much less if you work in customer service. I even contribute that the treatment we received was because they have had experiences with Latino people before who broke the rules. The painful thing about this experience is that it was in the presence of my 7-year-old daughter, and that is where I demand that responsibility be taken on behalf of this establishment. No person deserves this type of service, especially in front of their family. I would like to know if someone can guide me to file a formal complaint with this company because just because we are Latinos we do not deserve this discrimination. It doesn't matter if someone else did it, I DID NOT break any rules and I DID NOT insult anyone. However, I felt frustrated at not being able to defend myself and my daughter, who is 7 years old, felt afraid of this person's behavior.
I demand a written apology and a sanction for this person.

Stayed there for 1 night, and had one of the worst sleep in hotel stay. The sound of door closing is so loud, I could practically hear every room's door closing sound or even feel the pounding if it's from the room next to you or right below/above you. The room is very big though. If you are a deep sleeper (very very deep sleeper), you would have no problem. Or if you wake up at 5am or 6am, you probably be ok. If you want to sleep in like later than 8am, make sure to ask for a building with no other customers.

It is not new but in good condition, serves its purpose.
Free parking which is great but no free EV charging station on site nor instructions of close by EV charging on the app or the website.
They Gym is depressing honestly but I managed to get the some equipment out to the pool side to use before I returned them.
The eggs at the breakfast was Okay but there is no bread only bagels
I'm not saying I'm not going to stay again and I'm always open to update my rating when a business catches up.

Stayed here for my grandson's baseball tournament. 3 families had broken coffee machines in our rooms.

My stay here was amazing with zero issues. The suit was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff were very polite and informative. In and out next door was a plus!

Interesting place. Lobby was nice. Free breakfast was decent. Front desk clerks very friendly. Room was very clean and were set up like studio apartment, complete with a nice little kitchen. The entire place looks like possibly converted apartment complex but rooms were decent. Seems as though it’s being used also as a homeless shelter on some sort. Obvious signs of long term residency. Very loud at night with sounded like some domestic disputes.
Wouldn’t necessarily stay here again willingly but a one night stop along our route sufficed.

I left the Wi-Fi bag in the room and reported lost cargo after a 2-day, 1-night business trip to Atlanta, and the bag was delivered at 8:30 the next day.
This is a hotel I would like to praise.

Rooms: Bathroom was awful, tub look dirty, sink faucet was loose. The worst part was the sofa bed, mattress was so thin you can feel all the metal springs. We h as d to buy an inflatable bed for our daughter..
