Came here at 7:30pm for 9pm appointment it's 11:22pm only bathroom for truck drivers is out of service . No idea when they will unload ladies in shipping and receiving as disrespectful as they come so avoid this place.

Horrible customer service by the che k in female. over 15hr wait times to get unloaded or loaded, poor driver treatment. They only have mexican workers that can't speak English. ICE NEEDS TO COME HERE AND CHANGE THINGS..... in 10yrs of driving truck I have never seen a warehouse that had absolutely no movement for almost 2hrs and there only be 1 tractor trailer on a dock with 25 dock doors 6 parked fork lifts and one inside or outside doing no work. I'm contacting the better business bureau.

Slow and lazy people. The receiving office staff don’t know how to behave. Check in 6:00 pm appointments @8: pm. Waiting here is 5 hours after appointment time.

This place really needs to work on how they treat a drivers time. I was there from 9am to 4pm. They were not supper busy, just one dock in use out of 50 for otr drivers. Each truck took at least 2 hours to unload something that doesn’t even need to be counted. Just pallet count. They really need to figure out a faster process for their delivery.

Please take head if you’re a truck driver delivering or picking up at this facility. This is literally the worst place I’ve ever had to deliver to in my life as a truck driver. The people who work and operate this warehouse/facility are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with. I’ll never come here again. ??

thes guys are super lazy its hapeen with me second time 10 pm appintment unload 7 am in mg and you have to wake all night for the dock no one coll you or tell you thats your truck you have to wait and watch never come gain here

This place is a joke! Getting unloaded or loaded, you’re going to wait HOURS. Their CRST trucks get priority and they load them as they come and go. The otr trucks are left to hurry up and wait. I absolutely hate this joint.

Its a hit or miss with them. Sometimes is good and they will get you in before appt and sometimes if its too busy they will make you wait. Once you are at a door they unload you fast tho.

Not a good place here they unload you make a mess and tell you to clean it up and they don’t care about the product they unload. They also unload CRT trucks first even if you have appointment?

When I looked at the reviews. I thought i will stay here for long. Surprised me that it was unloaded in 30 mins. APPT 11: 00am Checked in 10: 00am. Out at 11: 40am. Very good!

5 hours of waiting for just 20 minutes unloading job. Have to cancel next pick up and lost big buck for that.

The lady that checked me in was very nice. The problem with most of the loads is by time the broker give it to you you're already late picking it up so you either end up late on a delivery or early on that delivery
