The intake slot on the drive up mail box is sticky inside. For years I have occasionally needed to unstick mail and drop it down before depositing my mail. I checked it lat week. Even stickier than usual. Is there a problem with cleaning the box regularly?

The most stubborn and unprofessional owner I've ever dealt with. Not only does he send me rude and insulting texts, but he has intentionally discriminated against me and gives me worse service than his other customers. He has specifically told me this. He's lost a package of mine, is unwilling to secure my packages properly, yells at me, and makes me jump through hoops all because he lost one of my packages and we agreed to a resolution. I didn't expect that resolution to include being harassed and abused every time I get a new package from him.

It never fails. The older male that works there is rude and I literally have to tell him to scan my UPS drop offs and give me a receipt. This has happened six times. For some reason, he never wants to do it, as if that 10 or 15 seconds is just way too much work for him. I might just have to find another drop off point but this one is close to my house.

Has everything you need! I didn't have my labels printed I just emailed it to him printed there and package was good to go. Everything done within 10 min. Super fast service.

Very good experience for first time US passport. A super nice lady named Christine helps me all the way. She patiently answers every questions and gives advices when I got confused. Things done after 15 min with photos taken and envelop prepared. Note: should make an appointment and be on time.

The Guy is rude & speaks horrible English. Two times went there and both the times he told me to put the package on the floor without offering any receipt. I had to ask for that as packages contained PCs worth $1000 each. Everyone must ask for receipt. If possible go some other place and tell others to do so. He should not be in business.

Absolutely horrible. I own a small business and They’ve forgot to scan multiple packages that I’ve dropped in the “convenient” drop box, customers haven’t received their packages, I get attitude and feel SO uncomfortable going in there when I drop packages off. I avoid this location because the workers don’t want to work, atleast the two that I always deal with. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who wants to make sure their customers get their items.

I've been here enough to say that some employees are outstanding. I had placed a few orders online, unfortunately due to a typo, I had input the incorrect address. Thankfully the manager wrote a note for the mailman in which he grabbed all my packages and deliver them correctly to my house. Not only the manager but the mailman both communicated with each other and saved my packages from being returned.

I'm very disappointed about the service that I received this morning from a guy under name Jonathan. And also from a guy under name Robert, who tried to fix the situation with more money on the change. I have been costumer of this office for more than 10 years and is the first time that I have this unprofessional service.

Horrible customer service. I tried calling them to ask them a question and they hung up on me twice. After calling them a few more times, they stopped picking up. Try your best to avoid this business.

Laminate machine broke. Had all materials for the ID I needed laminated and this business charged me $1.50 to run it through the machine. It's the not price that is disgusting but the way this owner doesn't value his customers. Same old Korean man who seems to be pissed off at the world. I am Korean and pray to God I am never this rude to anyone. I have been coming here for over two years now to ship products. A $1.50 just cost him $100s of future shipping costs.
