“The best post office, because Cindy and the other ladies are always friendly. Majority of the time I get the clerk Cindy who is always nice about scanning my packages. I always get a receipt and she’s never refused me unlike the workers at the post office on Elliot street. They’re extremely pushy about leaving your packages in a bin. It’s too risky not having them scanned in and getting confirmation. Anyway, Cindy is great and so is this post office!”
“Had my passport renewed here. Booked an appointment 2 days in advance during the weekend. Came in on a Monday after and only two people was in line. Fast and speedy service. The lady was nice and patient enough explaining everything to me while managing and service the rest of the customer. I had a great experience.”

“First time coming to this location. Was in the area and needed to mail off my passport to be renewed as well as take care of other packages. Donovan was the team member who carried out exceptional customer service with detailed mailing options and mail times. He knew I was very new to the mailing options so efficiently took care of my concerns. Donovan was thorough, friendly, had some jokes, and process the task smoothly. There was a line but he took care of the customers with a breeze.”

“I came here with an apt for my kids passport, it was our first time getting passports so going through the process was new to us. We came in and noticed front clerk Alida assisting another man, she sounded friendly and helpful to “him”. After we went up her tone changed and she definitely made our experience uncomfortable. We didn’t disrespect her in any way we weren’t rude in anyway and we noticed the tone of voice with us vs. her tone of voice with that man. After a few mins another clerk assisted us and he is the only reason why I gave a 4 star. The customer service that she failed he fulfilled. We noticed different interactions with Alida and customers and she picks and chooses who she wants to give good customer service. We even noticed her interaction with one of her co workers and it was very tense. She shouldn’t be in the front unless she treats everyone with respect not only when she feels like it.”

“6/11/2024 - I went to 1350 E Chapman to renew my passport, and did not have an appointment. I was fortunate to meet Richard Trung and Long Ho who helped me complete my application and mail off my passport renewal. Both were professionals, courteous and very helpful. All was complete in 10 minutes.

“10 times better than the post office on Lincoln. Mail plus more has parking, the post office parking lot is donkeybutt. Mail plus more is fast and easy for live scan, mail, P.O. Box, and (like the name) more. Post office is full of lines, 25 clocked-in employees, but only 1 behind the counter. Go to Mail Plus More and save your time and patience. It's worth it!”

“This may have been the most pleasant usps visit I've had as of late.I figured going in for passport stuff would be a hassle but no, as long as you have an appointment, and all your paperwork, it is a breeze.The workers are personable, funny, and like family it seems.The entire application process with an appointment took under half an hour.Downstairs, the non-passport section seemed a bit confused about their own self-service machines and the stamps available upstairs.We got a decent amount of cute snowman stamps from the machine much to the employees surprise somehow.”

“Yesterday, 23Mar2023, I needed to overnight a letter to Austin, TX. I went to the FedEx office on Lakewood Blvd. Fedex wanted $59 for a 1 oz letter. I was shocked at the price. Also, they weren't able to look up my account; they said it no longer existed. I also checked UPS - they wanted $61 for next day and $96 for early morning (8AM) - that's right ninety six dollars!!! I think they've lost their fricken minds. I ended up going to the USPS (post office). They were friendly; almost no waiting. I used Priority Mail Express (1-day). I just checked and my letter was received in Austin by approximately 1100 local time. The charge was $28.75. Hooray for the US post office! Only issue with USPS is that 800 call center/voice prompt system and online system has issues - difficult access and issues with voice prompt system. But overall a very good experience.”

“I recently visited this USPS office to drop off a package for shipment, and while the overall experience was efficient, I encountered an issue with the package drop-off.Upon entering the USPS office, I was pleased to see that there was not a long line or significant wait time. The service seemed to be well-managed, and the staff appeared attentive and ready to assist customers. This was definitely a positive aspect of my visit, as I was able to save time and complete my transaction quickly.However, when I attempted to use the package drop-off, I encountered a problem. The drop-off slot was jammed, preventing me from properly depositing my package. I tried a couple of times, but unfortunately, it remained stuck. It was disappointing to encounter this issue, as the convenience of a functioning drop-off is one of the main reasons I choose USPS for shipping my packages.Despite the jammed drop-off, the staff promptly noticed my struggle and came to my assistance. They were courteous and did their best to resolve the issue promptly. While I appreciated their efforts, it was still a minor inconvenience that could have been avoided if the drop-off had been properly maintained.I understand that occasional technical difficulties can occur, but it is essential for USPS to ensure that all equipment, including package drop-offs, are regularly checked and maintained to provide a seamless customer experience.Overall, while the lack of long lines and wait times was a positive aspect, the jammed package drop-off was a significant inconvenience.
