ATTENTION: This place is out of business! I tried calling today (1/2/2022) and the number has been disconnected. I drove to the location and peered inside the entrance that faces Beach Boulevard, and his shelves are all gone, there are empty postal bins stacked by the cleared counter, and there were new cardboard boxes (still flat) propped up against the wall. The cash register is still there, though. We've been using this place for 15 years. Dealing with Jim Yoo was hit and miss for us. I always had to hope that I was catching him on a good day. - If you catch him on a bad day, he could be abrupt and rude. - On more than one occasion, he'd be closed during his posted hours. - Getting Amazon deliveries became hard because Amazon would often deliver outside of the posted hours. Jim knew about this issue and blamed Amazon. When I had told him that we were now receiving Amazon packages at our house, he wondered why. - Now, he goes out of business without so much as a letter of notice to his mailbox clients. We paid our last annual fee in July 2022, which meant we were paid up until June 2023. I guess I should have seen this coming...

I've been renting a mail box and using this mail center for 15 years now. The BEST customer service every time I needed to send out a package, buy products, renew my mail box fees. The owner has always been so helpful and given great customer service. Not once has the owner ever made me feel like I should take my business somewhere else. That's why Ive been a loyal customer for so many years. Ive recommended this business to my friends and family.

Amazon package pickup location closed 30 minutes early. They're only open until 530 so i left work early and they closed already

The minute I walked in, the owner glared at me. It was my first time at this location. I was dropping off an apple product that said that this location would help package and send for free. The owner, an Asian man with glasses, raised his voice and started yelling at me for no reason. He didn't even bother or want to help me. I did not appreciate his anger out of nowhere and I was only in there for 5 min. Terrible customer experience.

I went here several times. The service is fast and the guys are nice. Jim repaired my iPhone several times for a reasonable price. I recommend it.

The ruddiest place in the planet. The owner has the worst manner. You will ruin your day for just visiting here. i guess the management changed or something since I couldn’t with any of the previous positive reviews.

The ruddiest place in the planet. The owner has the worst manner. You will ruin your day for just visiting here. When you go there to drop off, he will point the corner with his chin and tell you to just leave it there. He will not give you receipt. You will never know whether your packages even gets sent.

The worst! The man behind the counter was so rude and disrespectful. I came to drop off a FedEx envelope. I asked for a receipt and he advised he can't give me one. When I asked "why?", he responded with a smirk and asked "why ask why?" WTH! So I asked for a reason since FedEx and UPS provides customers with a drop off receipt. He then explained that he would loose money if he gave me a receipt since (unlike the free standing FedEx & UPS stores) he doesn't get paid for each drop off/received package. Worse customer service! I assume he's the owner since that's how he behaved. So, unless you want no security on your packages (since he doesn't get "paid" for those) along with bad service... Do NOT come here!

I don't use FedEx much but something is wrong with the La Mirada location. I went to drop off my item but the guy would not give me a receipt so I didn't feel comfortable leaving the package there. Instead I went to the location in Whittier which I think is much much better. I was told you should always be able to get a receipt when you drop something off in person.

This is worst customer service place I ever encountered. I had heavy 80 lbs return package that fedex informed me to take the package to and this guy starts yelling at me why I brought such a big package. If he didn't want to take big heavy packages then he should have informed fedex instead of blaming me for bringing heavy item that I was told and have right to bring. He then tells me to take it back and then curses at me that I'm lunatic for bringing this. This guy needs to be shut down. I am going to call fedex and file complaint as well as BBB. Way to run your business and your mouth you arrogant p**** !!!

It was my first time here. I enjoy great customer service. James was kind and informative. I stopped by to drop off a FedEx and UPS package and ended up getting a protector for my iPhone, office supplies and James was kind enough to give me a good deal. It you have a broken phone, computer or tablet, he has the equipment and the talent to fix it. I will definitely be going back.

$1/page for faxing out. They give you a confirmation page showing it was sent as well. I personally think its a rip off to charge so much per page for faxing. The store was empty and he wasn't personable but pleasant. Ya know, he did his job, smiled at my kids. Overall a smooth transaction.
