I ordered online and then called in to sales b/c I made a mistake they fixed it promptly but the correct item was on back order, I was assured it would only be an extra week and be no problem. Spoiler, it was a huge problem. My items backorder date was changed 3 times and It took me a month to speak with the guest services department who could tell me why, before that the best option in the *** took me to a **** That on every call would give me inconsistent information if any at all. I eventually got guest services by dumb luck. Once there I could tell they were helping me the best they can but my experience was already ruined by that point.

I recently bought a dining set from Living Spaces, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare from start to finish. The delivery was a disaster. The table top and chairs were all scuffed up, and the chairs were wobbly. When I pointed it out, the delivery person blamed my floor, which was just ridiculous. I even had to move the chairs to prove they weren't wobbly on a "level surface". I paid for full-service delivery, so this level of incompetence was really disappointing. I contacted customer support about the scratches on the table, hoping to exchange it. But guess what? The replacement they sent was even worse! The delivery driver had the nerve to say it was "part of the design," which was just absurd. Even after I sent them pictures, they kept insisting it was normal. It's like they don't want to admit their mistake. To add to the madness, I had a chat with one of their reps, and she spilled the beans: apparently, all their furniture is imported, and these screw-ups are just part of the deal. It's mind-boggling that they'd own up to such widespread issues yet do nothing to fix them. This chat only confirmed my decision to steer clear of them for good. After a lot of back and forth, I finally got a full refund and scheduled a pick-up for the faulty set. To avoid being without a table, I ordered a new one to be delivered on the same day. But then Living Spaces dropped the ball again and didn't schedule the pick-up like they said they would. It took several calls just to get it sorted out, and now I'm stuck with two sets in my house for no reason. And to top it all off, they forgot to include the extra dining chairs I ordered in the refund. It's unbelievable how disorganized they are. It's like they're running things with a bunch of kids behind the desk. I had to waste even more time calling them to fix their mistake. Overall, Living Spaces has been a complete letdown. Their delivery service and customer support are a joke. I won't be buying anything from them again, that's for sure. They deserve a big fat zero stars for their unprofessionalism. Steer clear of them at all costs!

Fuck Living Spaces. They give promotional cards/make it seem like they are gift cards but they expire. We were not told they expire put the card away without looking at it and when we went to use it, it was expired. So fuck that store in La Mirada and fuck the corporation. They could not even give a credit to their customer. Just go to Bobs Furniture FUCK LIVING SPACES.

They delivered the wrong sofa (salesman entered wrong info), and when I contacted them, they said it would be $175 to get the correct one. I had to take off work to accept the first delivery, then would have to take off a second AND pay $175 to get what I was originally promised. I told them to just come pick up their junk sofa, took another day off to accommodate that, and they showed up 5 hours later than they told me. Two days wasted for absolutely nothing. DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE.

Pathetic service. I got my coffee table and the quality was all damaged. It felt like no one even checked the item before sending the item. Highly DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Please it's such a waste of time and money. Don't recommend

I bought multiple chairs from living Spaces in La Mirada period. After talking to the sales person. I ended up buying a warranty for both chairs with damage production for accidental damage. I submitted a claim the other day, and I was told that accidental damage is not covered. It's an absolute scam, and I'm completely disappointed in living spaces and will no longer return. I will suggest others consider not going there as well.

horrible delivery and set up service. we scheduled a saturday delivery so we can be home (we work!). not only did they show up hours late, they had the wrong bed parts. things happen i understand, but today they came back (2 more days with no bed!), and guess what, not even close! still wrong bed parts. i don't know how you can mess up an already messed up situation, but they are great at it! my wife took the day off because of their first mistake, no i have to take off for work their second screw up! no furniture is worth this bad of a nightmare. stay away from living spaces if you actually want furniture in a timely fashion. never had an issue with bob's furniture deliveries. i guess i will stick with them in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought custom couch in october was to be delivered in first week of December. Barely made it in a few days before christmas with missing pillows. They Changed vendors and I have a couch missing 2 acccent pillows. They keep lying offering credit but not giving it to me. Said they will have different vendor make pillows. Will take 10 weeks. called today 6 weeks later to check status. They didn't order them. They are not saying you can't have a credit and get pillows. I said of send my pillows but they will not order them. I will never shop here again. I still have do not have answers. Oh we will call you in 24 hours this has NEVER happened. I was robbed I paid for a custom couch and did not get what I paid for!! Oh and during this process they set up multiple deliveries "rescue delivery lying saying they had found the pillows ..They would show up with random pillows that did not match my couch were not mine. I had to take off work to be made a fool of!! Still fighting to get what I paid for!

Great customer service and extremely happy with our purchase. Robert in the couch/ sectional department was so helpful and catered to every need that we were looking for in our new purchase. We mentioned that we were also looking for a mattress and he sent us over to Gavin who was very knowledgeable and was helpful as well. I highly recommend this location and are very thankful for Robert and Gavin for their excellent customer service. We will be back for any future purchases for our home.

I earned a promotional gift card when I spent several thousand of dollars at the store. Four months later when I went back to use the card it had apparently expired the $300 gift card. I asked for an extension or renewal and none was provided. I was one month late. I asked if there were anything we could do to resolve this and nothing was offered. I asked if there might be any other promotions I could benefit from for the current month or following month and nothing was offered. I spoke with a manager at the back counter named Monica who seemed bothered that I asked this question. She looked up my account to see when I bought it too. After seeing my account it seemed not to impact her that I had spent lots of money in the store already. I suppose that's how they would like to retain customers is offer zero when asking for a resolve. The furniture and marketing is not that good. Everyone knows that if customer service lacks that business suffers. I will share my experience with others. Unsatisfactory.

Will never buy again from Living Spaces! Placed order for bedroom furniture which included dresser and 2 night stands back in October. Day of delivery only received dresser and 1 nightstand. No communication from LS where my other nightstand was. I called same day and was told 1 night stand on back order(BO) for a couple of weeks. I called again in mid Nov again told on BO. In Dec I called again since no communication from LS and requested to speak to a mgr. Agent told me someone would contact me within 24-72 hours! On 3rd day didn't receive a call but instead an email stating item on BO and they had no date as to when they were getting. I may want to order something else. I waited in hopes item will come in. Yesterday Jan 12 I called and was told item no longer available! They will be canceling my order which I've paid for and waiting on since OCT! When I asked what compensation are they going to give me due to wait time, lack of acceptable communication from LS and most importantly now I have 1 nightstand and need another one that will not match rest of bedroom furniture... I was told I can get 10%discount on another item! Seriously how is this acceptable and how can they continue doing business like this? CS will respond with "I can email them details..." as I see here for others. I've wasted enough of my time on this company! I am certain it's going to be struggle now getting my money back for the 1 nightstand and the special in house delivery I paid. It's a shame their customer service is so terrible!!

I bought some leather sofas that only lasted 8 days before the internal portion tore. Non visible from the outside. Explained I'd like to get something else that these were cheaply made for the price and the customer service rep wouldn't help that it was outside of the 7 day window. I will never ever purchase anything from living spaces ever again
