Stay away from LS, go to Jerome. Report them to Better Business Bureau, and don't except "yes" until they resolve your complaint. If you do, they will not honor what they said, even if it is from corporate office. They will send an auto response to email them, but they never answer you back. Don't believe the 5 star reviews, they are trying to buffer 1 stars. My furniture had termites, and the fabric is cheap and peals after time.

Don't order from them if you live outside The Los Angeles area. There nationwide delivery service is a JOKE. I placed an order In May 2021 and got my order Oct 2021 but that was after I had to call 25 times and were my order was. I got the run around saying items were out of stock and they don't ship until all items are in stock. First, if you don't have an item and it's on back order call the CUSTOMER to inform them. Second, they could have offered a replacement or given options but there solution was to cancel items. Lastly, after doing there job and having to follow up with with weekly when they were 2 months plus past my delivery date they FINALLY get me my order. HERE IS THE BEST PART. Not only was every single thing damaged in my order or broken. The name on the items were for another customer. Which I'm assuming refuses them because they were damaged and you tried to send them to me. Plus,I was still missing items. I had to wait over 5 months for an order I had to refuse and cancel. You can't get ahold of a Manager EVER, nobody called to apologize for the issue. So this company is NOW GARBAGE. You send damaged items, you don't communicate with customers, zero customer service skills and you lost business. You shouldn't offer nationwide delivery because you can't come through with an order and on top of it you send items that are damaged and were refused by other customers.

One of the worst places to deal with. Order platform queen size bed with headboard. First they delivered bed and then headboard by ups. Headboard has a big rip. To this day still dealing with them to replace headboard but no luck. Never had this kind of nightmare . Will strongly recommend to stay away from that store. I

One of the worst delivery and customer service experiences I've ever had. I ordered a sofa which would not be ready and delivered until a month after purchase which was fine. As the expected delivery date got closer, I was able to get an earlier date than the first one given which was great. I'm 9 months pregnant so the sooner I could get the sofa, the better. On 9/30, my delivery window was 12pm-3pm. I tracked the delivery the entire day and noticed their team was behind, at one point they were at a stop for almost two hours which delayed them. They showed up to my apartment 40 minutes after my delivery window. My boyfriend that waited all day had to go to work so the sofa was undeliverable. I called multiple times on 9/30 to see if the sofa could be delivered the following day on 10/1, after all, it was their teams fault they showed up 40 minutes late. I was then told it takes 24-48 hours for the warehouse to receive the item and reschedule a delivery date. So my item sits in a truck or warehouse for 24-48 hours waiting to be scanned so Living Spaces can be notified to contact me for a new delivery date? That is unacceptable when it is their teams fault the item was undeliverable. Why isn't the item received the same day it was deemed undeliverable and rescheduled the following day for the first drop off? On 10/1, they still were unable to track and reschedule my delivery and they kept saying they could not contact the warehouse. On 10/2, I finally got an email to reschedule my delivery and the dates given were between 10/4-10/13. Again, it is unacceptable that I have to wait an additional 3 days for my item when it was their fault it couldn't be delivered in the first place. On 10/2, I spoke to a supervisor that offered delivery on 10/3. I asked for the earliest delivery time since this unnecessarily caused a delay in plans for my boyfriend and I. He said he could not guarantee it and could only put in the request. That is absolutely ridiculous, I'm sure they're able to communicate to the warehouse of my issue. When someone says they're unhappy with the service they've received, usually the responsible party tries to make up for it and see what they can do to turn the experience around. That was not the case with Living Spaces. Everyone I spoke to regarding my issue were unapologetic. The last person I spoke to was quick to give me my refund even after I expressed how upsetting this experience has been. I will avoid shopping at Living Spaces. Although their prices are affordable, I'd much rather give my business to a company that values their customer's time and experience.

If you read any other review, please read this one... My wife and I went into the La Mirada store back in early February. We found the perfect couch set after going to quite a few other stores.... We paid for the couches in full and waited the prescribed 3 month wait due to the pandemic and international shipping issues. We were super excited to get our new couches when the delivery schedule email came and paid to have our old couches removed. Our new couches show up, and the craftsmanship of our new couch combined with the lazy workmanship of the delivery techs quickly dismissed our excitement. The couches have visible tears from either warehouse or delivery mishandling. The delivery techs broke the pedestal hardware and our front pedestal has been broken since delivery. We have now had 3 failed replacement delivery attempts, each attempt had couches that were damaged as much as the ones we initially received. Our customer service experience has been the absolute worst and believe that Living Spaces does nothing proactively let alone reactively. As recent as this morning my wife was on the phone with a "customer service" rep who scoffed at my wife for being upset that 3 weeks has gone by without any update on their most recent failed delivery. Living Spaces has essentially taken our money and have removed their responsibilities to provide appropriate customer service and support. I feel sorry for anyone else who may have to deal with this company.

One of the worst Customer Services Help-Lines I've ever had to deal with. When I called, their message said "your wait time is roughly 2 hours and 40 minuets". Whatever happened to the day when you could call a company and they actually picked up the phone.

I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, and customer service my family and I received. We just finished renovated our home and we're ready to drop 20k budget on furniture. In the passed we have had great experiences and expected nothing less this time. Unfortunately no one ever asked if we needed assistance when we saw plenty of sales reps hanging out not doing much there wasn't a lot of customers in the store. Even the whole demeanor when asking for assistance seemed as if we were bothering them and taking up their time. We ended up buying an executive desk for close to 1K And the only reason why I even bought it was because my wife could not find that brand anywhere else. But unfortunately I will take the rest of my 19 K remaining balance and go shopping elsewhere I'm sorry I had to give you this with you but it is important to give you honest feedback because I do believe in living Spaces.

I've been shopping for a bed and living spaces was the geographically the most convenient spot so it made sense to give them a shot. Rachel initially helped me and was knowledgeable and pleasant. I had gone to Mathis Brothers prior and established a relationship with a specific salesman there, but I wanted to shop it around a bit. Living spaces offers a few good perks. $300 gift card to the store, free delivery etc... So after leaving Living spaces to measure my room space for the bed I reached out to the salesman that helped me at Mathis brothers to see if they would match / beat the perks living spaces offered. The salesman said she would work with the manager to offer me a store credit that would exceed the $300 living spaces offered as well as match the other perks. I went back into living spaces asked Rachel if living spaces would give me a little more store credit to earn my sale. She called her manager over, but before he came over. He called Mathis brothers and asked whoever answered the phone if they offer anymore than $300 credit to their customers. So when he approached me he explained how he "verified" that Mathis brothers doesn't offer anymore than $300 store credit. I asked who he spoke to, he didn't know, he just redialed the store number. Instead of just telling me he couldn't offer me any additional credit he went out of his way "verify" what I was saying and insinuate that it was false. Look man, you're a manager. What good is it that you are right? I don't even care to be right. All I was asking is if you would offer me additional store credit to earn my business. A simple "no I'm sorry we can't do that" would have been fine. But instead you did your best to explain that what I was saying was false. All that did was lose you a sale, earn you a 1 star review, and create a poor relationship with a guest that will now tell everyone I know not to shop there. Thanks for reading.

Even though the state of California removed the face-mask requirement, this Living Spaces is still enforcing customers to wear a mask. Too bad for them since we are shopping for a new dining and sofa set. We're taking our business elsewhere where the company knows how to interpret and follow the state guidelines.

Came here July 3rd looking for deals. We found some within our price range in the outlet section of the store shabby to the main store. Unfortunately for us it was out of stock because a lot of the couches are sitting out on the cargo ships out at sea But we did have a great salesperson help us out. What i really enjoyed is the fact that the salespeople don't feel like they're rushing us ( at least this salesperson didn't). She took her time, asked us questions, showed us around and gave excellent suggestions. So because of her we did ended up getting a coach from Living Spaces online. I would definitely come back here again for future purchases. Parking lot is enormous. Definitely stroller friendly.

Five stars!! After waiting since April for a sofa purchased in March from Mathis Brothers, I got tired of all the excuses and delays and cancelled my order. Purchased my new sofa online on Sunday 6/27/21and it was sitting in my living room at 8am on Tuesday 6/29/21, with free delivery to boot! No complaints so far!!

Disastrous warranty & customer service department. Phone Recording run around never a real person to talk too. Waiting over 2 months to get a recliner fixed that was delivered broken. Run away from this company

Completely disappointed at the home "CareFree"warranty. After having my table and chairs for a few years I finally needed to make a claim, I started my claim on I believe March 20 , it took them three months not even to get back to me, for me to follow up now in June on my claim for them to tell me that it was denied, Because it was outside of the 30 days I needed to make the claim. Not that they were even servicing at the time because of Covid restrictions. I made a second claim for additional issues and that too was denied, Claimed it had to do with the first claim but when I loose chair then, now is completely broken, I considered it a new issue and there was a lot more nicks/ scratches on the table now. I then appeal the denial, again that was Denied Absolutely nothing was covered under my 5 Years "CareFree" warranty. So I guess I have to stay here with my scratched table and bench and only 2 Dirty chairs, out of 4 working Terrible

My husband and I went to the La Mirada location where we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome. We decided to walk around the outlet area first. Found some good items but decided to check out the showroom as well. Rodrigo was friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all our questions about fabric performance, colors, pricing and delivery. We selected a modular sectional then picked out dressers and nightstands. Rodrigo guided us to the checkout area. The lady who rang us up was also friendly and helpful. She highlighted important information on the documents she provided. We look forward to delivery and installation / assembly. Thanks again!
