I just recently purchased the IQ Air Pro Plus and I’ve used it for a day, the results have been great so far. The smell and breathing have improved dramatically inside my home. I’ve tested the air with a PM meter and the air came out to being virtually clean at 99% with the pm meter also showing little to none particulates in the air. I had done a test that produced a strong Oder in the home and the iq air did a great job removing the oder within a reasonable amount of time. I’m definitely staying with this company for years to come especially with me having asthma. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with breathing issues and or air quality concerns.

I purchased the Atem desk and this product is amazing. It definitely provided fresh air. The product is definitely something I would recommend to my friends and family. I can’t wait to try their other products.UPDATE:I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience with IQAir's customer service. I purchased a product during an internal promotion where family and friends could buy the product, write a review, and receive a reimbursement. While I completed the first two steps, I never received the reimbursement.Initially, I contacted customer service and escalated the issue to the director of marketing. Despite assurances that she would follow up after a meeting with the VP, days passed with no contact. After a week of unreturned calls, I finally reached the director by calling anonymously. It was only then that we discussed the need to return the product for a refund, which I promptly did.Weeks went by without any communication or indication that a refund was being processed. Frustrated, I reached out again, only to be told that a refund was not possible. This was devastating, considering the time and effort I had invested over the course of a year.Fortunately, I had purchased the product through Amazon, and when I reported my experience, they were supportive. I provided screenshots of my emails and the promotional materials shared by a friend who had since left the company. Amazon was happy to help.Overall, my experience with IQAir's customer service was marked by poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of resolution. Honestly, I do not recommend this company to any of my friends.

My GC multi gas stopped working in half year, and no one is taking care of my support request - I’ve send hundreds of email to multiple customer services… 10 years, that’s what they promised! It’s not supposed to happen on a $1000+ machine, please be aware and be careful if you decide to buy one

I would recommend very highly so I rated five stars. Very fair prices for what they deliver even during shortages and other problems like the pandemic and its continuing issues. My roomates do not respect the non smoking laws for the most part (a lot do but the ones that dont dont) they are new jersey minded I guess, and my consult worked out good. Have a very small unit and the smokers are mainly below deck so when it comes in being able to sit in the atem is helpful. Only downside is they dont care and I care about them which iq cant do too much about. Great prices also.

Horrible customer service! IQAir advertises a 10 year warranty on their air filters.That sounds good, though for a nearly $1,000 product you would expect a good warranty.The problem is that they don’t honor the warranty!!When I called regarding a problem with my filters having a very chemical odor they said the filters are not covered under the warranty.Unbelievable! That’s like saying your car‘s engine and drive train are not covered under the manufacturer‘s warranty.

I have owned 14 IQ AIR Health Pro Plus units for around 13 years. I just had to send the most recent one I bought in for repair and everything was covered under warranty with ZERO issues. These are expensive units so for them to stand by their products and take care of the issue quickly mean a ton to me. THANKS!!!

I believe they have some of the best products in the business. I just picked up the Atem X. Looks good and works great. I especially like the integrated sensor. The CO2 meter is the best tool at the moment so I can see how high my CO2 levels are in my place. They were really high when I brought it in, but after putting it on high and opening the window I was able to bring those numbers down to a healthy level. Great product, highly recommended.

Employees are treated as disposable and easily replaceable, including high positioned employees Deeply micromanaged work environment in every departmentLack of employee training, lack of guidance and lack of good managementSalary employees are enforced to clock in with additional required clocking in to meet the daily work quota rateOverall very low morale culture where employees are encourage to only look out for themselves and discourage employee interaction. The new filters on our IQ health pro plus have an odor and it’s plenty noisy for the amount of air it moves.If you want an air purifier for odors get an Austin Healthmate plus. We have IQ, Austin, Air Doctor, and one from Menards.

Outstanding customer service (thank you Valerie L.!!!) and the sales team. Using my two HPP units for years now and just purchased one for my son, who works in LA. If you are local, I recommend driving to the showroom/sales , checking the units and getting a the one that is perfect for you. Ask salesperson for a little discount that they sometimes have.World-class Swiss designed and manufactured products that work perfectly and last decades. Do buy OEM filters from IQAir (I personally order through Amazon), otherwise you are wasting money... on speeds 1 or 2 (most used for continuous operation speeds) the new v2 motor units are literally inaudible. Great product!

I have heard very good things about their product... But in terms of customer service they have been terrible to deal with. They have not send me any receipts although I am making payments on a very expensive purifier. When I request for an invoice it's like pulling teeth. To the point where I am questioning if this is even in a legitimate business. And if I'm actually sending my money to a scam? They are so non-communicative about my payments that I am about to get in the car and drive all the way to La Mirada to see if in fact this is really the business. When I call again today to ask for an invoice I'm told " everyone's in a meeting for the rest of the day." I've already paid about $600 and I have no clue if I'm really going to be mailed an air purifier. It might be a great product but the customer service is the worst.

We bought a health pro plus unit to see how it works and it's impact on our indoor air given prior health concerns with family members. The ordering process and delivery was seamless. John who helped process the order heard our concern and expedited the shipment. Based on the success with the first unit, we invested in a second one too so we get coverage for the whole house.
