A scary process that he simplified for me.Over the years, Jobel has delivered excellent service when I filed my taxes with him. From what I understand, he left H & R Block to go solo for a bit, and I've seen him in more recent years with the Williams Tax & Financial Services group. His growth with them made it an easy decision for me to have him handle a little retirement money I had with my former company.Jobel is communicative, and I never have to wait long for any important information to get through to me from him. Even now that I live in Seattle, Washington, I still I prefer to work with him. He is one hundred percent trust worthy and I highly recommend him for any tax and financial services.”
“I was referred here by my real estate agent by the name of Jonathan. He told me to go to his accountant named Tony. My husband and I have been coming to Tony for the past 2 years! He was great! This year, he is booked, and we could only get remote appointments. I'm disappointed.... they said his partner Garett Jones is available for a meet. I've done a whole research on him... including yelp reviews... so far, my investigation is complete, and we have decided to go for it! He seems legit and has nothing but good 5 star reviews amongst the people. I'm hoping that he is as great as Tony, if not BETTER... I'll be updating here after our appointment.”

“I've never written a review about a bank before - I suppose I should have as I've been with some really crappy banks in the past (and I'm talking about the big guys).We came to City National because the bank we were using at the time apparently didn't want our business (it's a long story and I won't bore anyone with it). I did a huge amount of research and happened upon City National as they are a bank that deals with and understands the entertainment industry. This industry has its quirks and oddities that most banks just don't understand. After a phone conference, we decided to open our new business and personal accounts with City. Let me say, it was definitely the right choice.Jessie, Josie, Kassandra and Pedro have all been absolutely a joy to work with. They go above and beyond when we need their help. They always greet everyone with a smile. Here is a brief little story about why this team is amazing:Several years ago I needed to send a wire but I was out of the country. Jessie was also out of the country but when he found out that I was inquiring about sending a wire while I was out of the country, he literally called me directly to make sure that I was well. He was afraid that I might have been kidnapped! Mind you, he was on holiday himself and took the time to call me. He even had Josie try to reach me as well. I don't know about you, but to me, that is the very definition of amazing service and an amount of caring that one doesn't find with any other financial institution. As a business owner, it is so important to have a team of banking professionals that are responsive to one's needs and this is definitely the team!!Thank you Team Anaheim - you are the best!!!!”

“My daughters and I were in the San Gabriel Valley (SGV) area for lunch with my dear friends. After lunch, we did our food run for the week, but I didn't have much cash on me. We found this Wells Fargo on Walnut Grove just a few minutes from the food court where we were heading. And it's in the same shopping center as Walmart. Funny, I have been a SGVer for the last 4+ decades and I have never shopped at Walmart out in SGV... maybe because I am normally out here to eat and shop for Asian stuff LOL. Anyway, this Wells Fargo has two ATMs for use. It doesn't look like a big bank from the outside, but looks can be deceiving. It was a very quick ATM visit indeed. Looks pretty clean outside. However, what caught my eyes were the two trash bins nearby adjacent to the bank. Not sure if the trash bins belong to the bank... I doubt it, but they were nicely covered so they don't appear to be trash bins. I'll be back to use this bank when on the south side of SGV. Yes, there is also a Wells Fargo on the north side that I use LOL. Gotta cover all compass of banks.”
“***This review is for ATM use only*** I was in the Rowland Heights area yesterday evening. I needed to make some deposits at Wells Fargo Bank (WFB). There were 3 ATMs right outside in front of the bank. Very well lit which is great. Thank you WFB! It was late in the evening so I was constantly looking around to ensure nobody was lingering besides the people who are using the ATMs LOL. Surprisingly, while I was here making multiple deposits, there were at least 4 other customers who came by to use the ATM as well. Luckily, they came at different times so there wasn't a line. I normally don't visit the ATM at night... this occasion was indeed an exception! Happy Late Night Banking!”

“I have had consistently great service here. The lines are usually short and/or fast in the mornings. The tellers are courteous and helpful.I love that I can do mobile deposits via my cell phone and set up all the services I need on their website. I only wish I could use my cash-back balance. It has been sitting here for 5 years or more! There's no way to use such a small amount ($28.00).”
“Wells Fargo on ball and valley view. Bank is a great location. Plenty of parking space. Huge bank. ATM are clean and working. Staff is friendly and helpful. The line went by fast. Tellers were super on point. Place is really quiet. I almost feel asleep lol. Go place to do banking”

“Melissa is a very knowledgeable banker, I came last sunday to pull out a loan, she updated me on my income to debt ratio, my FICO score, and how the payments for my debt are split into two (interest and the actually loan) I never knew that, which I appreciated very much. Today I came in to open a checking account with Kimberly another excellent banker, she was also very informative and genuine. She let me know all the benefits of my new account, which was very helpful. Also asking if it was okay to follow up in 10 business days as well as a 3 month follow up. Their service speaks for itself, and it's not just like they're just here to open accounts or give out loans, they really care about what they're doing for the customer. Thanks Melissa and Kimberly.”

“Called ahead of time to see if this location was open due to the pandemic as all banks are not open. They were open for banking. There customer service here is beyond excellent!!!! Plenty parking , all safety protocols are in place. Only down fall is if there is a line there is no shelter in case weather changes.”
“Came here to help my mom deal with the accounts that my mom and dad had together. The banker my mom had been dealing with over the the past few years was pretty awesome. I was weary when we walked in and was waiting to bombarded with "special deals" or other things to move her money into. Instead, Joe Cortez was super helpful. There was lots going on in the bank but Joe was very professional and took his time helping my mom. He explained things thoroughly to my mom and was just super patient. “I've had some recent banking business to take care of. Omar helped me on my first visit. He was so professional and easy to talk to. We ran into some issues with the transaction that we weren't expecting, so it took longer than we both had anticipated. He was so calm and never made me feel like I was disrupting his morning. We finally got the issues resolved and he really made me feel like a valued customer. A few weeks later I had to inquire about this account again. I phoned the bank and asked for Omar since he took care of my banking needs so well. He remembered me and made me a same day appointment. Once again he exceeded my expectations.
