Been going here for a few months and I could say is that their service is not the greatest. These last two drop offs have ruined two items that had been worn once each. The first was a black dress shirt I wore to a family party, that I had worn only once, dropped off and when I picked up it was stained with white streaks all over it. Forgot to bring it back when I dropped off my last load. This week, a brand new light brown sweater I had worn once and brought in due to a dirt stain in the back, was stained with what appears to be Clorox, when I picked it up. Brought both back in to show the gentleman working and all he said about he black dress shirt was, " that's strange." And when I showed him the stained sweater, he said that that stain could not of happened there because it's like Clorox and that they don't use those chemicals on their clothes. In other words, it must of been my dumbass who stained it. I assured him I wore it once and it was nowhere near Clorox when I took it off. Just looked at me and said there was nothing he could do. Had a bag full of clothes I needed to get cleaned... yeah, I'll be taking my clothes elsewhere!!!!! Besides these two items being ruined, simple dirt stains on sweater or shirts always seem to be missed, or they don't try to get them out like other cleaners. Was going here for their great prices, but as the Mexican saying goes, " Lo barato sale caro!!!" (What seems cheap, ends up costing more")

Finally answered my phone call after the third try and then only spoke Spanish to me— not really a problem, he just wasn’t very interested in answering my questions, and when he finally did, he told me his clothes press was not turned on.
Ended up going to FAMILY CLEANERS on Leffingwell and Santa Gertrudes— who were incredibly helpful and able to do a same-day suit pressing!

Went to pick up my dad's clothes because he forgot to get them after work. I thought it was going to be a nice easy trip but no, they were so rude because I didn't have the receipt. So I called my dad because they were not giving me his clothes. They were so rude and not helpful at all. Will never be going there again.So unprofessional. DON'T GO HERE !

I have gone to many dry cleaners, I really like Imperial Valley Cleaners, the staff is always really nice and their prices are very good in this tough economy. If you want same day cleaning you have to drop the clothing as early possible for same day turnaround. There is also a small fee for same day service. But considering the prices in town is still very affordable.Services: Clothing alterations & repairs

I had a graduation to attend so i whipped out the old sports jacket and only pair of formal slacks that I own from the closet. I took the clothes In looking like they were stored in a slinky and when I got them back everything looked and smelled great. I even got the crease on the slacks fixed up. Prices are very reasonable and staff is friendly, I highly recommend.

This is the best cleaners you'll find anywhere. Low prices and fast service. They do their cleaning in house which is a nice touch. Highly suggested.
