I've been picking up my parents meds from here for the last 12 years. Joy is the Pharmacist and the owner. She is kind, helpful and the sweetest lady you will ever meet. She always go out of her way to help my parents with any issues with meds, insurance or concerns. Sometimes I forget to call in but she always accommodates. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Joy is the most compassionate pharmacist I've ever met. She is always greeting her customers with a smile, I would definetly recommend this pharmacy to anyone. If you want real customer service transfer all your medications to Imperial Pharmacy and she will welcome you with open arms.

Due to personal health issues, I have been around the block when it comes to doctors' offices and pharmacies; Imperial Pharmacy comes as a breath of fresh air. It is a privately owned pharmacy in the middle of a medical plaza. The service is excellent; you are welcomed with a smile and leave surprisingly satisfied with their speed, efficiency and genuine customer service. I come here to get all my prescriptions filled and even buy their products which include Asian remedies not found in major drug stores which are remarkably good! Try them- you'll love them.
