Truck Entrance/exit for me was on the Southside of building. Stop and check in with security. Instructed to go around building straight ahead, and around. It's a tight fit, so be careful. A small canal runs on east side. Docks on NE side of building. Forklifts come in/out of buildings, be watchful. Had to wait couple mins for another to get done. Once other truck was done, backed into dock. Done quick unloaded, got my papers signed by operator, got the green light. Got out of the way for another truck. Wrap up, came back out the same way.

It's the same as Georgia Pacific if you're delivering big rolls of paper the doc is all the way around behind. It's a tight squeeze around the building and don't go too far off the right or you'll end up in the ditch. If they're not ready for you they'll tell you to go find somewhere to park and they will call you. Make a right out of the place and go up to the next light which is Gannett and make a right, then go up around the corner and you can get turned around and park on the street there somewhere. I actually parked there overnight without any problems. Keep it a secret ?
