I recently had moved back to California and needed a place to stay. The room was clean, but the bathroom fan did not work. The burners on the stove are not even and made it difficult to cook. The key entrance would work sometimes, but most times needed to get new card keys. What was the real headache was Extended stay decided to sale the hotel, and the current management of the hotel and told us that our checkout days would be honored. The day after the exchange whit Extended Stay and the new owner, we noticed a lot of customers were in the lobby upset, and when we engage in conversation, The new owners told all of us that we would be refunded by Extended Stay, but we had to pay for another week. I was currently at the time living from paycheck to paycheck, and did not have the money to pay extra and wait for a refund, when I explained that to one of the front desk staff of Extended Stay, he responded with "It is a you problem", that flustered both myself and fiancé. It was not just us, several other patriots were angry and frustrated. I will admit that new owner reached out to Extended Stay office, who collaborated with the new owner, and came to agreement and resolved the issue, which allowed us to stay our last week. The new owners were friendly and graceful. What was shocking was asking how much another week would be, and with new owners it had increased by $300.00. This location is in a industrial area, it works if you are in a pinch or a short stay, and it fits your budget. I wish the best to the new owners, but still have a reluctance to want to do business with Extended Stay in the future. For the record, I have found an apartment.Rooms: Clean, but stove does not work correctly and bathroom fan did not work.

I am beyond horrified with this place. I booked a night to get away for the day with my dog. Upon my arrival we checked in and noticed a lot of people in the front hanging out. Got into my room and it smelled like a hospital. It had the weirdest smell, I turned on the air which wasn’t working to see if the smell would go away. I asked the staff how I could turn it on, they told me the air worked with the thermostat, I realized both the wall ac and thermostat was how you use the air. After I did that the smell wasn’t as bad but still there I tried to ignore my feelings because I was also bringing my dog and thought maybe this is their dog friendly room. So I was about to use the restroom when I noticed there was no tp, the roll was out I used tissues. Notice there was black hair in the tub on the toilet seats and on the toilet. I have blonde hair so it for sure was not mine. I later asked hotel staff to bring me tp which they gladly did. As I am sitting on the bed my dog is sniffing everything around, and randomly is eating tissues from under the bed. I am beyond grossed out, and throw them away. But next to my horror, he goes under the bed and finds the cap to a -syringe—— yes a syringe. I freaked out grabbed the syringe with a towel and was now scared about where a needle may be. I called the front desk asked them if I could change rooms. They did agree. I try to grab my things to do so and the front desk person was on the phone the whole time, and no where near apologetic that this incident has happened. He is just on the phone and hands me the new key. We switched rooms the next room all though was not as bad as the first was a little cleaner, but still had hair again in the restroom. When I woke up I wanted to take my dog for a walk around the property to use the restroom, where I was horrified to see in the bushes around where my dog was going to step was a glass pipe that was broken for some type of drugs, laying there. I expressed my concerns when checking out to the staff about the syringe and the state of the room. I mean it reeked in there (to the point where I was looking through cupboards to make sure nothing had died), told him about the syringe, about me arriving and it having all this hair, grease everywhere, and no tp. And the staffs response was that they just bought the hotel 4 days ago. although i don't know how true that is, and how hard it is to transition. But i do know that having a clean room should be the most important to health codes, and finding a syringe ( when i googled it) is taken very seriously by even law enforcement. It horrified me no one in this staff batted an eye lash that i found a syringe in my room. Where either I or my dog could have stepped on a needle. i have never stayed at a place were i literally felt like i can get a disease. Do not stay here unless you are homeless, that is basically how i felt for the night. I felt like I was quite literally a homeless person for the night. Thank God the second room was cleaner had it not been, and had it not been so late i would have left. Words can not express how horrified i am by the experience, the staff, the people outside, and the paraphernalia around this place. Do not stay here at all, until they fix this location. I have included a few photos from my night stay in this review so that everyone can see what I saw.

My experience here has been great. This hotel has new owners and they go above and beyond to accommodate there guests. The morning manager is Aary and he is always smiling and very pleasant and makes sure that your happy and comfortable. The afternoon shift is Dev and Marya and they also give there guests great service. Rooms are clean and staff is excellent and I would give an A+ . I most definitely will be back. It is very safe and quiet and you will be very happy.

upon my arrival, I requested a room on the third floor due to my work schedule. The first room I was given had a very strong, mildew mold smell. After expressing my concerns to the front desk, he kindly showed me some different rooms. I did find a room that didn’t smell like mildew, mold, must or animals. It did need some additional spic & span. After staying here for a week my skin had broken out in hives. One night I let the water run longer than usual before turning the shower on. When I returned to the bathroom I noticed the water had a brown tint to it. I scooped the water up with a clear container to confirm. The next day maintenance came up. We turned on the water in the tub which ran clear and smelled of chemicals which I had not smelt before. I showed him the video I taken the day before. He did confirm that the hotel water will do this in the whole building when they mess around in the boiler room, but he said nobody was in the boiler room yesterday . 10 days later I found out I contracted a UTI from this. The staff are really nice and very respectful, I haven’t had any problem with the staff, more so the building. When you walk in the building, especially at night, it smells like a barn, the hallways smell like animal feces….especially the stairways on each end of the building. You can see several urine spots throughout the hallways. During the day housekeeping will spray down the hallways just to get the scent out but it doesn’t last long. Marijuana is legal here so you will smell it frequently in the hallways and in the parking lot. House keeping comes once a week to change towels & sheets. I’ve had to ask housekeeping to borrow the vacuum cleaner to vacuum my carpet. The front desk doesn’t have a vacuum to borrow but they do have a broom.Walkability: There’s nowhere to walk, but around the building, there’s no sidewalks that go along the streets. One Direction is industrial buildings. The other direction is busy streets.

The room was filthy at check in. Later to find out the hotel had bed bug infestation!! The staff were unprofessional and rude! I would never stay at that location again and would never recommend anyone to stay thereRooms: Rooms are not clean. Very unsanitary. Lighting flicks on and off.Noteworthy details: They only give you one set of plates and utensils.

A very good, low cost place to stay if you're spending the day/weekend/whatever at Disney or Anaheim convention center. No frills just a clean comfortable room. Ours had a small kitchenette and a fridge.

Parking is super tight... It's got shady vibes with sketchy people hanging outside all the time...I think there's 1 tiny elevator in lobby to go upstairs..not enough stairs to navigate without being forced to go always through front.. breakfast is just coffee, oatmeal packets and packaged baked goods but the room itself is basic no frills not even shampoo or conditioner..beds were comfy .. AC temps werent feeling consistent. they don't do maid service unless you request maybe or stay for several days.. you can borrow cooking utensils that's cool

Hotel was convenient to where we needed to go the following day. The service was good at reception and the room was not bad. The shower however had mold along the top and there were hairs stuck to the shower wall. Obviously cleaning staff were not very good at their jobs.

My reservation through Priceline for two double bed suites hit a snag at check-in. The hotel staff insisted that his system shows only one with 2 bed suite, leading to a room mix-up where the second room had a single bed instead. This discrepancy caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, as it seemed like the staff may have been manipulating the system for their benefits. It was disheartening to witness similar issues with other customers too.The complimentary breakfast is a joke. The options included only packet oats, granola bar, and coffee. Additionally, the muffins seemed to run out early. The TV was also not working.
