This is the wrong address! They have moved to Firestone Boulevard. We drove all the way from Orange County only to find that they were not at the same location, and also were closed trying to get ready for Black Friday sales.*Update:After we went home, I tried to order some items online. The website was having technical difficulties, so I called the store. Extremely good customer service from Jonathan to help with that, plus he said that they are trying to work on getting the address listed correctly.

I saw this store while driving down highway 5 from Disneyland to Pasadena. I drove all the way back two days later because I just happened to be looking for 6 Dale Tiffany shades. The store was CloSED. A Dale Tiffany outlet store outlet truck was driving by on Firestone and honking at me and the gent was yelling CLOSED!!! So I guess they are, unfortunately, CLOSED. I hope the business will update their information.

Their prices are fantastic. I purchased a beautiful floor lamp here, The same lamp at other stores and online was twice the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Sunny found a lamp for me that they no longer made. I feel she went above and beyond when looking for this lamp. She had to find multiple glass sconce shades. It took a few months, but she was able to piece together a chandelier that hasn't been made in years.

Mom was looking for a simple antique brass, dining room light and after stopping by a competitor across the way, thought to check this store out. Didn't think about it until it was recommended. Walked into the Dale Tiffany Outlet store and found the simple, elegant and stylish hanging light that now shines down on our dining room table. The service also was excellent. Kudos to the staff for helping us size and adjust the chain links, made sure the light worked (as it was on clearance), and prepared it for transport. Already recommended to other family members. Thank you Dale Tiffany Outlet for helping us find the right lamp.

I must say they redeemed themselves. I got my repaired lamp back and it looks amazing. I will definitely continue to shop here now that I know if something happens to my lamp I can simply ask for Sunny and have it fixed. She was the absolute amazing, very apologetic for the treatment that I had received in the past. I'm absolutely satisfied with the end results ....

Last Saturday, I went here to get a floor lamp for my office. As always, I found the selection to be wondrous and the prices to be amazing! Sunny checked in with me briefly then gave me the freedom to just browse. Then, at the perfect moment, just when I needed her, she came to my side to ask me if I needed any help, which I did. I had narrowed my choices down to 3, and together we figured out which lamp was perfect for my office. As I paid, the man who works with Sunny (I'm sorry that I did not catch his name), checked out my lamp and got it all wrapped up. He even took it out to my car for me. I got a beautiful lamp, at an incredible price, from friendly and genuinely helpful people, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. This place is a gem!
