I love the $4 off coupon! The product I wanted was out of stock, but I found something else similar. I also like that this location is 24/7.

I unfortunately had a similar experience as all the one star reviews on here. The pharmacy was extremely rude to me, hung up on me when I clearly needed more questions answered and gave a "it's not my problem" attitude the whole time. They also told me they will not accept any coupons and my insurance doesn't cover my prescription. I specifically switched over to this pharmacy because the GoodRx was better and I've been having troubles with my insurance and this medication. It was extremely discouraging, and I tried to switch back to my other pharmacy, but they told me they will not send it over there and then I have to pick it up here at least once. And pay the whole 200 dollars and as a student and a young person trying to be on my own that was extremely discouraging. I hope that they get kinder staff who care about the people they see or implement some new rules because what I've had to deal with and clearly others is pretty unacceptable.

I live Down the street so I try to support my local businesses in the area and come to this location to get my prescriptions filled but the pharmacy staff are the most rude and difficult people I've ever had to deal with. They do the absolute minimum required of them to help the customers that come into get prescriptions filled. Very condescending, rude and oh so lacking of empathy for the patients that hat come here the different medical conditions in need of medication. And the feeling that comes across from the staff that I've had to deal with including the lady pharmacist is o well it's your problem not ours. And that's so wrong. People come here in need of assistance and they drop the ball leaving patients knot knowing what to do. I'm a disabled patient and that's what they have done to me. Left me with no medication on more than one occasion and not knowing what to do. I don't recommend coming here for your pharmacy needs. The hey will have you pay for medication that is covered by your insurance all because they are lazy to bill it. Then never repay you the money back. Leave you with no medication and not care. Please go elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff here are inept, slow,Lack all manner of customer service or care. The store itself is fine; standard CVS fare. If you come for pharmacy services, beware. There customer service "manager" named Loraine is the most unprofessional human I have experienced behind a counter. I could cite the attitude, lack of honesty and deceitful/misleading comments and general overall approach this person displays when helping others... but I don't wish to waste anymore time than I already have on this. The rest of the staff here, including the pharmacist don't seem to do anything about her or have any interest in providing any level of care or efficiency... you're on their time. Good luck here.... You experience may vary... but wont be fast either way.

Never had a bad experience here. They have a good variety of things in stock for someone who is semi picky about drugstore finds. The customer service is solid too.

My mother went in to pick up her prescription, and was told to come back later because it was not covered by insurance and they were waiting to hear from the Doctor. She was then told to pick up her prescription and they handed her someone else's prescription, which she didn't realize until she got home. She went back to return the medication and explained that they gave her someone else's medication and how dangerous that is. The staff LAUGHED at her. Then she picked up her prescription, which they made her sign for, then was told it was not covered by insurance and they need to talk to her doctor - they called her to pick it up before they heard from the doctor, so she did not buy it. The doctor is calling them today - but they kept the form she signed saying she picked up the meds. Hopefully they will not use that signed form to commit fraud. But seriously, they hand over meds that were supposed to go to someone else and instead of apologizing they laugh? What kind of people are these?

I hate pharmacies. Hate 'em. I hate the stigma my medication has and I hate needing it, but......that being said (btw I can be a tough/stubborn/annoying customer) when I go to this particular CVS I know Ms. Patel will recognize me and do everything in her power to make my experience manageable so to speak. She has the ability to make one of the largest pharmacy chains in the country feel like a mom and pop joint where you're a local and you've gone for years, and that's no small feat. I know they're job is hard and fast and sometimes crazy but Dr. Patel remembers we're there because we're suffering and need help. I hope she stays with us forever in La Mirada.

Everyone is always pretty helpful/friendly at this location, but this 5 star shout-out is for Ashley at the register. The other day she was extremely patient and helpful, helping sign me up for a CVS discount card and reading stuff for me since I am the love-child of Helen Keller and Mr. Magoo....Ashley, if you read this, THANK YOU, and I'll schlep in there again soon!:)

Always the best service at this CVS pharmacy. Rarely a wait. Kind folks working. And they take their time explaining anything you need to know. And always organized. They also communicate via text when medicine is ready or needs refill etc. Thank you so much for being so great.

0 stars... I got a vet prescription for my dog on Wednesday, and it's cough medication for my dog, so it'll help him not cough and sleep through the night. He has a heart condition, and his heart meds are not working well enough... So it'll make him cough hard continuously. This is our first prescription for him, and I ordered it here... On Wednesday, they said they were all out of this medication, so they will have to put an order in for it, and it'll be ready Friday. I called to confirm, and they said it would be prepared for pick Friday at 6:30 pm. I'm here trying to pick it up, but they said, "sorry, we're all out of this medication" to me, this didn't make sense. We called and confirmed today (Friday) and were told it'll be ready at 6:30... The pharmacy just said, "sorry, we are out again." WTF... I've been hoping to get this medication, so my dog can have a good night's rest and time to heal!!! I asked if they could find another CVS to see if they have it , BUT I would have to get another prescription from the VET!! It's Friday, they're now close, and THEY DONT OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS... So now they said it'll be ready for you on Monday... So my puppy has to suffer because they can't get their inventory on check!!! And I'm in the store crying to see if i can get just enough for the weekend so my fur baby and have some rest. I didn't need all 80 pills at this moment... but i understood why they couldn't do that. I just want to help my dog but due to this annoying inconvenience they are responsible for this. Don't say you have the cure ready and later tell us you just ran out. Try again in two days you might get it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Told me $50 Starbucks gift card that I bought for a Christmas present was activated. Card not activated. Tried to contact them and told me they could do nothing because receipt says card is active even though I have the card and it is not activated. Ripped me off and don't bother to help fix. Will never be back to CVS. No help at all.

When I found out I had tested positive for covid, my whole life changed. Instantly. After doing everything I was told plus some, I was still able to contract it. From a favorite local grocery store. I had a prescription I needed to get filled. I had been attempting to get it filled but unsuccessful. I need to sleep and this cough is keepIng awake. I waited until 11pm and called my local pharmacy told them I had tested positive and that I needed to get a prescription filled. His response immediately was. "You don't have someone that can do it for you?" Well, no sir. Reluctantly hbu w said yes after telling me that I needed to hurry cause they close at 12. So after doing all of my precautions, like new gloves, new mask and an optimistic attitude, I walked in. The cashier was very nice and welcomed me. So for so good. I think I'm more nervous. As I approach the pharmacy, a technician looks up and says "are you the one that called?" Yes sir. He walks away and changes his mask and gloves. I would have done the same. When he comes back I noticed he's not 6 feet away he's 12 feet away and with a horrible attitude. He starts asking me personal questions out loud so everyone can hear cause he's 13 feet away. I ask him, "you do know 6 feet is enough? The virus will fall to the ground by the sixth foot. He's response was "I have a family." My family was ripped away from me after visiting a local grocery store. How can he talk about family. I can't even give my daughter a fat hug and kiss. I say "why are you treating me like I have a contagious flesh eating disease." He tells me to give him my phone number, again yelling it cause he's 12ft away. Another invasion of privacy. Then tells me to go wait in my car he'll call me when it's ready. I asked him for corporates number and he told me to look it up. I walked out in tears. Heartbroken. Felling like trash, scum , or the most disgusting thing you can think of. Before I get to my car, I get a text saying my RX is ready. Why force me to my car when you were gonna text me so soon. I decided to come home. Prepare myself for another sleepless night. I will be contacting corporate and my attorney bright and early.

Pharmacists here are great. But the pharmacy aids here are the worstttt. I know how my prescription works and the procedures I need to take to acquire them. I pick them up monthly... when I ask a simple question, they could just give me a polite answer instead of talking down on me like I'm an ill-informed customer. My brothers a doctor and mom a nurse. I get it. But could use some work in the customer service side of things geez...
