I went to the Bank of America in La Mirada today and had two tasks to complete. I felt discriminated against by a teller, so I gave the branch a one-star rating. However, I don't want to include Mr. Dany Fuentes in this one-star review because he was very kind, courteous, and helped me complete my banking tasks, allowing me to leave the bank feeling happy. He deserves a five-star rating for his excellent service. I want to express my gratitude through this review once again.
But the teller named Julia was very rude and treated customers poorly. I was extremely upset by her attitude and I don't plan to use that branch again. She blamed me for her own mistake of forgetting to give me a receipt and didn't even apologize. I never expected to have such an unpleasant experience at Bank of America. My experience here today doesn't even deserve one star.

Poorly kept, smells like urine, the teller machines are filthy and disgusting. Need to power wash the front of bank side walks.

The ABSOLUTE WORST treatment from a teller and manager I have ever received but definitely more the teller. Thank you ISRAEL and JENNY for your garbage treatment ... while I get everyone has a job to do, making a long time client of over 20 plus years feel like crap is not something they trained you on I am sure. Have some freakin common sense in how you are speaking and treating people. I have never had issues with a branch before but solely based on this interaction I am considering taking my business and my money elsewhere!!! I would give this branch ZERO stars if that was an option.

What's the point of having multiple teller windows and only one person working. Have gone to this location a few times and the wait is ridiculous, with multiple windows and only one bank teller. Would argue the DMV moves faster.

Today me and my partner went in to this Bank of America branch. We met the associate Dany who was very friendly and professional. He helped me and my partner open a joint account and made the process smooth and easy and made sure we understood and gave us options. Thank you for being kind and helpful Dany it was nice meeting you. ?

Omg!! Thanksgiving is tomorrow! Bank of America's customer service and banking experience is like eating my druggie uncles' watered down turkey seasoned with a hint of salt and layers of reconsideration of your lifes decisions. Something I'm thankful for is not having to bank with Bank of America. But I'm forced to by EDD. I'm glad Chase is the next parking lot across from this location. The grass is definitely greener on the other side of this disgusting parking lot. Chase knew this too. Lol sad. !! BoFA has older customers who are uninformed of their options.!! Banking here is like eating eating your dogs food when you you're just too lazy to make or even buy food. Banking here is like calling your wife's boyfriend over for game night. Such a depressing bank with unnecessary processes and fees to put up with. Banging here is like wanting to go to an honest bank, but your state says "No, we have a bank at home". I hate you guys and I hope you know everyone else does too. I'm not looking forward to the next civil suit! Seems like it's your way of saying "don't forget I exist". Credit unions rock! Google some!! Do not bank with WellsF., BofA, Citi. They're all extremely predatory and harmful to our environment.

I had an appointment at 1pm, as I walked in, someone greeted, & I mentioned I have an appointment at 1pm. She said , will be with you shortly.It is exactly at 1:47pm , no one shows up. So I walked out, such a disappointment with waste of time. With this Kinda treatment, it’s clear that BOA doesn’t care of the customers & the business. Been with BOA for many years, I needed some documentation with signatures and that wasn’t something I could do over ATM or at the teller.

This bank is horrible expect to celebrate a birthday here with the wait times had flashbacks to being at a DMV office better yet I think the dmv offers faster service their can be 20 people in line and they'll have one teller and 3-4 others just talking in the background it's horrible

After seeing the reviews for this Bank of America my expectations were low.. Me and my two brothers went to get our first credit card and Ruben made the experience super easy and was so patient having to go through the process 3 times. He answered all questions and made sure we had all the information we needed. Great service.

They don't have traveler's check or cashier's check and the best advice was to go to Walmart for a money order. Never had this issue at any BofA site

We were canceling our acct due to Fraud. Ms Vienna Gonzalez at this branch was with us for over 3 hrs. She was tenacious with fraud Dept to fix this. Was very patient, empathetic and informative. She is the reason we are keeping out acct and this will be our branch moving forward. Thank you
