Poorly kept, smells like urine, the teller machines are filthy and disgusting. Need to power wash the front of bank side walks.

What's the point of having multiple teller windows and only one person working. Have gone to this location a few times and the wait is ridiculous, with multiple windows and only one bank teller. Would argue the DMV moves faster.

Today me and my partner went in to this Bank of America branch. We met the associate Dany who was very friendly and professional. He helped me and my partner open a joint account and made the process smooth and easy and made sure we understood and gave us options.
