I loved the service that I received from this Auto Zone. I came here to purchase a new battery and the two employees that helped me, Crystal and Carlos, were very considerate and professional. They worked hard to make sure that my needs were met and that I left very happy!

Same as any auto zone. Some of the product reviews on the quality of replacement parts concern me. I think some may be fake as so far I've been ok. I wish they would try and answer or verify if those negative claims were valid or created by people... did they even buy the part?

Be CAREFUL with this location. They take advantage of people who don’t know much about cars. They recommended a new battery and tested my original battery AFTER installation just to come back and say the original battery was in perfect condition and it was my alternator. Going somewhere else, they confirmed my battery and alternator were fine and it just needed a jumpstart. Called back and They refused a refund claiming they “didn’t remember” helping me. After contacting the manager I got my refund, but this place is a SHAM. You’re better off going to a small business or even PEP boys. Ridiculous and never going back.

Super awesome Manager Crystal is always there to meet your needs. I've dealt with her on two occasions and both times moved by her curtesy and understanding. I dealt with another manager in between and it was not happening. From now on, if Crystal is not there, i won't be showing up
